What is TOPIX?
TOPIX is a modular all-in-one platform for managing core business processes. The software connects ERP, CRM, HR and Finance on a shared database and supports areas such as sales and customer management, quotation and order processing, purchasing, inventory and warehouse management, project and contract management, as well as service processes.
For financial processes, TOPIX provides functions for financial accounting, payments, dunning, asset accounting, and cost and performance accounting. HR functions include personnel management, time tracking, absence management, travel expenses, and payroll processes. The platform is complemented by document management, dashboards, analytics and reporting.
All areas access centralized information, allowing data to be used across departments, connected workflows to be managed end to end, and recurring tasks to be automated.
TOPIX is modular, scalable and available in the cloud or on-premises for macOS and Windows. The solution is designed for small and mid-sized companies, especially in trade, services and rental.
