Pros and cons

We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.
We have been able to set up several program with quick turn around, our end users are very happy with the product, and support has been great.
Easy deployment and value for Money and end users are happy about your product.
We were missing emails and losing track of emails. With the implementation of the Wavity ticketing system, the overall management of enrollment process has been streamlined in our office.
Nothing its well customized product and every company have to use it.
Minor problems were quickly resolved prior to full implementation.

User interface is very easy to use and we are able to quickly adapt to using Wavity Help and Service Desk. Also it is very customizable as we got the workflow as we wanted. Moreover, it is a value for money tool

None. As it is zero code solution, any changes we need is instantly done.

Its highly flexible tool with all required features for ITSM Solutions and it is customizable where I can automate workflows as required and it is very cost effective. Even mobile app is very user-friendly for managing tickets in the platform.

Great tool for Ticketing and Support HelpDesk!

Tracking enrollment for employees of our clients was major challenge. We used to have to rely on email and paper enrollment form processing. We were missing emails and losing track of emails. With the implementation of the Wavity ticketing system, the overall management of enrollment process has been streamlined in our office. We do not miss on enrollments and that in turn has cut down our processing times and saved us many hrs every month.

Pros

The user interface of Wavity tool is very simple and easy to work with. Training our staff on this tool has been very simple. There are several applications included that have been easy to implement. We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.

Cons

So far we did not get any major issues with the implementation and usage.

Some features need improvement like auto-updating the records from excel instead whenever there is a new joined or exit we have to do it manually.

We are able to quickly customize the application the way we need it using their zero-code designer tools. I can work from my phone just as easily as my desktop.
