Its highly flexible tool with all required features for ITSM Solutions and it is customizable where I can automate workflows as required and it is very cost effective. Even mobile app is very user-friendly for managing tickets in the platform.

Overall, this is the most flexible and cost efficient solution given our needs. It was an easy decision relative to the competition.

Tracking enrollment for employees of our clients was major challenge. We used to have to rely on email and paper enrollment form processing. We were missing emails and losing track of emails. With the implementation of the Wavity ticketing system, the overall management of enrollment process has been streamlined in our office. We do not miss on enrollments and that in turn has cut down our processing times and saved us many hrs every month.
The user interface of Wavity tool is very simple and easy to work with. Training our staff on this tool has been very simple. There are several applications included that have been easy to implement. We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.
So far we did not get any major issues with the implementation and usage.

The toll is good to use and we can get support from the Wavity team to change the options/features as per our needs.
Some features need improvement like auto-updating the records from excel instead whenever there is a new joined or exit we have to do it manually.

We are able to quickly customize the application the way we need it using their zero-code designer tools. I can work from my phone just as easily as my desktop.
As of now everything is working as expected.
