The solution allows managers to monitor emails, browsing history, app usage, calendar entries, phone calls, and location history. Additionally, automatic alerts can be set up for suspicious employee behavior including inappropriate web and data access.
XNSPY can be used to monitor relevant employee activities based on company preference. Managers can set keyword-based alerts on devices to ensure employees are focused on relevant work tasks and avoiding distractions. Suspicious contacts and locations can also be defined to alert managers to potential issues. XNSPY also includes social media tracking features in order to enforce compliance guidelines relating to social media and web usage. Additionally, calls and ambient noises such as in-person conversations can be recorded and played back.
XNSPY runs in the background on mobile devices, remaining hidden from employees as their activities are tracked. Android and iOS devices are supported, and both 'jailbreak' and 'no jailbreak' editions are offered for iOS.
