    Touchnet provides an all-in-one solution and has a lot to offer to fit the many needs found for campus needs

    Cons

    The system is complex and will need multiple people trained especially if you are implementing it campus wide.

    Student Online Payments Made Simple

    TouchNet allows our college to provide payment options to our students.

    Pros

    TouhNet gives our students the ease of setting up payment plans, one time payments, or eRefund accounts. The interface the student uses is mirrored from the staff side and I can guide the student remotely through the process. TouchNet allows for multiple payment plans and balance records to be stored for students to access. I only access the 'bill + payment' piece of the software in my job duties so I can't give a thorough review of how smooth the set-up process goes for accounting staff.

    Cons

    The software doesn't sync automatically with Oracle PeopleSoft. This required extra programming and at times the patch doesn't operate correctly.

    Poor customer support.

    Pros

    It connects Ellucian Colleague in real time.

    Cons

    The customer support is lacking response. Some tickets take weeks to resolve. Do not recommend.
