If they know how to generate complexe AI design, they sure know how to create automation so we receive bill remittance notification and they know how to create a trial that doesn't require credit card information.”

“The merchant descriptor was ambiguous and the charges were initially misclassified internally as a general software / Adobe-style subscription expense, so they were not picked up until a later accounting review. When we disputed the charges, we requested basic evidence such as the account email, signup details, accepted terms, invoices, renewal notices, login history and usage history.”
