Advize utilizes custom-trained models to surface sentiment and themes from qualitative customer feedback data, allowing users to identify what is important to their customers, what they want, and why, without needing to manually read all feedback. The real-time, data-driven approach automatically detects any anomalies and alerts users, enabling the discovery of emerging trends. Satisfaction scores, sentiment, reach, and loyalty are combined with VoC data to identify which issues have the greatest impact on customer retention and growth. Insights can be shared throughout the company to encourage a customer-centric, collaborative culture.

Advize also enables the automation of personalized customer experiences, leveraging natural language processing (NLP) to segment customers based on what they are about, automating next best actions to deliver personalized experiences, and learning from NLP programs to close the feedback loop and improve customer satisfaction.
