Making my life so much easier, everything is very user friendly.

Pros

I like that the system can be set up and customized to fit my business and needs the best.

Cons

That I cannot see the balance on the main page when I open a case.

Excellent! A robust product that can be customized almost any business need.

Pros

It's customizability, feature richness and customer support.

Cons

It is not in the cloud, but can easily be accommodated by applications such as Azure.

Case Manager Teams work ethic

Burnard Raaff & Associates has been with Case Manager for more than a decade. Due to our client's specifications we had to move to another collection system however we quickly realized that Case Manager is the best for our company and the results have proven such which in turn made us come back after a mere 6 months with another company. Case Manager's support team is one of the best i have ever dealt with and they really take their time in hearing concerns. Case Manager is one of the most elite systems out there and will really boost your business outcomes

Pros

the program is very user-friendly, it allows us to prioritize certain work-flows from the customizable diary. It also allows us to accurately track our agents work and targets which is vital in our industry

Cons

There really are no cons from our Company with regards to Case Manager
