What is Checkbook?
Checkbook is a payment processing software designed to help businesses receive payments via online checks, debit or credit cards, and push-to-card system. The application facilitates various deposit options including printed or mailed checks and virtual cards, enabling recipients to select the payment mode as per their business requirements.
Customers can use the application to directly push funds to the recipient's bank account via an automated clearing house (ACH) network. Checkbook’s built-in invoicing system lets users view invoices, set up recurring billing, and track payments in real-time. It also helps administrators grant permissions to specific users for modifying account settings and customize invoices by attaching notes, descriptions, receipts during payment requests.
Checkbook supports integration with several third-party accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Accounting Seed, and Sage Intacct via APIs. Other features include an activity dashboard, reporting, data import and export, security management, and more.
