Fidesic is an intelligent AR and AP automation platform that helps small to midsize businesses streamline processes related to accounts payables/receivables, payment processing, invoicing, and more. Professionals can utilize the platform to send invoices to customers via email, fax or mail, schedule payments, and provide branded client portals to help enhance the customer experience.

Fidesic allows enterprises to process transactions via automated clearing house (ACH) or credit cards, send payment reminders to clients, and manage invoice approval processes. Customers can opt for automated payment deductions, reprint invoices, and raise queries or concerns through the online portal. Plus, the optical character recognition (OCR) functionality helps staff members streamline data capture processes to eliminate manual data entry and aid productivity across the organization.

Pros
Fidesic was so easy to implement into what we were always using s a company! I love how easy it is to use and teach others to use.

Cons
I haven't had many difficulties at all. I think Fidesic is very organized and user friendly.

Great. No issues to date

Pros
It helps us better track and lock down expenses for our company. We use it for both external A/P and internal reimbursements.

I have enjoyed FIDESIC and all tech support. They really try their best to be efficient and helpful and in my opinion they go over and beyond in doing so. Its much appreciated!!

Pros
Being able to see everything on one screen as far as invoice, history, etc is a big plus from the older version. Its easy to use and manage.

Cons
I feel that having a vendor request option in place where employees can enter all the vendor info and request a new vendor instead of requesting through email.

Pros
The software is easy to use. When I go into the system, I can easily find the outstanding invoices that I have to approve. When I need to void an invoice, it's usually because I question some of the charges, the system lets me add a message to my "void" which is helpful to the person reviewing the invoices.

Cons
Reporting. I do not like that I can not run a report strictly for the invoices under my own group. As the HR manager, I have access to all invoices, but do not necessarily need to see all invoices. Yes I am able to sort the report to view only those invoices I need, but it would be great to run a report with only those for my group.

• The Fidesic workflow system is designed around businesses rules. Invoices can be routed based on vendor, GL, amount, or any other item contained on the invoice. There is no limit to stages or number of approvers.

• The Fidesic OCR combines software and Human Entry to ensure that important invoice data is as accurate as possible.

• Multi-Location Support. Fidesic has native multi-location support built into it's capture and workflow. Invoices will be automatically routed to the designated location approvers and GL coding.

• Complete MEM Integration. Fidesic AP has workflows, invoice management, and an import into GP that was designed specifically to work with Multi-Entity Management. Approved invoices will be split into their single, or multiple entities, and imported into GP with zero data entry required.

• Send ACH and paper checks by picking which invoices to pay. Fidesic helps users out with approval and takes care of fulfillment.
