Now I make very few mistakes entering receipts but if I error I can fix the mistake easily. We have only been on Certify 4 months, but our sales staff seem pleased with the ease of use. Also downloading the monthly detail for our record retention is a great feature.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

This was quite troubling. For a company using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) using multi sale channels, Skubana is a perfect solution. The support staff of Skubana is helpful and they will walk you through the setup process. They are focused on building features that help you sell more. And in the 2 years we have been using the Skubana software it has gotten better with the new features they have released.

After a hard sales pitch, they stole £1,500 from our business without providing one iota of value. When we tried to cancel, they charged us nearly a full year of fees and failed to return our funds. The ability to have a full on inventory system for a much cheaper price than SAP is brilliant. The automatic syncing with Xero is extremely helpful.

I get lost with virtual and physical, when I send a proforma invoice or order and it doesnt take and I want to correct, I always get lost.
