Valuein is a billing and invoicing software that helps small to midsize businesses create subscription plans and manage recurring revenues on a unified interface. The platform enables administrators to create subscription quotes and consider the type of subscription, including pay-per-use, tactic renewals, and duration, to configure offers.
Customers can add personal information, addresses, bank details, subscribed orders, and other information using the eCommerce web portal. Valuein offers a Quote-CPQ module, allowing employees to build customizable quotations according to subscription lifecycle, billing frequency, shipment orders, and contract duration. Teams can also manage invoicing processes, process credit or debit card payments, and monitor logistics operations.
Valuein lets operators identify unpaid invoices, send payment reminders via SMS, email, and registered mail, and update subscription status according to dunning level. Businesses can also calculate partner commissions, manage customer database, process refunds, and generate credit notes in a centralized dashboard.
