Overall I love this platform. I appreciate it being affordable for freelancers and this platform offers more than Quickbooks.
This has only happened to me a few times and I had to collect payment an alternative way. This could be user error though.
Hopscotch has not only be an amazing tool for my business, but it's saved me money. The customer service that I've received has also been exemplary.
It's hard getting existing clients to switch away from payment processors they're used to or already signed up for.
I love how easy Hopscotch is to use and how affordable it is.
This platform has saved me enough money to consider it vital to my business, I love it.

Very quick to respond and always helpful. The software is the best we could find out there to fit our needs and so far, I am happy with it.
I do not we have been charged for some training, which I do not agree with because there have been so many issues with your system.
I can't say enough about how wonderful their staff is to work with. Needless to say I am very pleased with the product and service.
Setting up automated features requires multiple steps and can be confusing.
I love the communications history - when we had to replace our collections person it was great to be able to retain all the history of her work.
Before implementing the software program, talk to the people that are going to be using it. I cannot rate the value of the product because I have no idea what it cost.
After implementing Anytime Collect, emails are sent automatically and customers can see their overdue invoices. Our Average days outstanding is down to 45 days and our cash flow is much improved.
Also, on the new system, the email block is not long enough.
This product is the biggest and best and should absolutely be considered for any AR collection effort functionality. Just make sure to have honest dialogue on needs and price before committing.
We have over 3000 customers and with ATC is like I have 2 more Agents working with me to cover all the accounts. I'm very happy with the performance and support from ATC.
I'm confident that, as our customers get used to more frequent contact, we will see orders being settled more quickly.
Ability to integrate to Merchant Accounts and Credit Score Agencies. Ability to create agendas and follow ups direct them to my Agents.
We have been trying to invest in a program that would allow us to streamline our AR processes.
It definitely has the majority of the market, integrations and flexibility for most situations aswell.

The integration with Stripe payments was a breeze and updating the website with the donation form was also very simple. Payments work flawlessly for us and we are very pleased with the service.
Works well to process credit cards, but their ACH is weak and so is their reporting function - making me do a lot of the work.
Makes payment plan billing SO easy and integratable with Stripe. I love how easy it is to see recurring plans.
Had a struggle with getting moonclerk setup. My instance for some reason just didn't work, support was not able to resolve the issue and get it working.
Overall I am happy with the product. If you want something quick and simple to setup and start streamling your billing, that's the one to go.
Overall, even with the way, they price their service we are very happy with them.

I have to say that it is 2020 so this software looks and feels VERY old and wonky. I'm not saying it is bad, but it is due for a revamp.

I think every software has always its negative side. The only negative side of using it is that it did really cost high.
The good thing about this software is that you can use it from any place. This makes it easy for the managing of your business.
If someone has never learn or seeing a programing language it may be a bit tricky to learn.
Configurability + Ease of Use + Features = Great Policy Service Solution.
It has also enabled us to take advantage of new business opportunities that we would not have been able to administer without the flexibility of this system.

As a CRM this software is great for the customer service end of things. I am really impressed with the improvements that have been made to the customer/order aspect of Sticky.io.
Expensive, bad update process. Updates during the day have caused issues and then those that pushed out the update leave for the day.
The CC processing features are advanced but easy to use. Reporting and analytics are awesome.
It's so bad in fact that we chose to integrate instead of use your web interface to fix this issue.
Overall Sticky.io is great software. The team is always willing to help us with our reports and custom requests.

Without the insights, it is really hard for us to make a decision of changing how we sell our subscriptions.
