Penelope brings together all aspects of an organization’s operations into a comprehensive, and coherent system designed from the ground up to coordinate and help improve service delivery.

Penelope is bolstered by a growing suite of client engagement options designed to both save administrative time and improve the experience of our customers' clients. These include the Add.Me self-intake web form and bulk upload tool, and a mobile client portal named ClientConnect that allows an organization's clients to complete documentation, book appointments, make payments, and more, all from their mobile device.
