Pros
I love all of the trainings and the time spent helping me along the way. The team has been very flexible and responsive to all my questions.
The trainers are amazing, super clear and detailed with their instructions. The follow ups for continued assistance are excellent.
I has been a great experience starting with the thorough training I received to ensure understanding of how to effectively manage patients in the tool.
Cons
We used the system back in 2017-2020 and left due to new management within our company. After only a few months that decision was a major regret and we are now back with them.
Havent found any cons yet. Ill let you know in the future if i do.

Second to none.

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is an unbelievable trainer and has been super helpful for our practice. Cristyn is also a guru with helping solve any AR questions. The entire team is super responsive and communicative with timely issues. I don't know where we would be at as a practice without this team. We had been through several other competitors and will never look for another company again! Thank you Billing Dynamix!

Billing Dynamix

I have been using Billing Dynamix for a few years now. We used the system back in 2017-2020 and left due to new management within our company. After only a few months that decision was a major regret and we are now back with them! They have come so far in their advances from how we started with them to now. Charting and working throughout the system is easier than ever and we couldn't be more pleased. Trainings for our entire team were done in a timely manner and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was just the best and most patient associate we have worked with. Highly recommend.

Pros

The scheduling feature is probably my favorite however the billing and EHR tab for taking notes and billing out claims is also really great.

Cons

I can not say there are a lot of things I do not like about the software.

Overall experience was satisfied with the layout and the training. I learned a lot and feel confident in doing my job properly. great teaching and guiding.

Pros

it was very easy to use! the experience was good. all y questions where answered diligently.

Cons

cons are never used before. maybe will take time to grasp.

Pros

Training is great. They always help you figure out things even after you've gone live. Unlike others that leave you hanging once you're "setup", all you have to do is send them a task message and they are there.

Cons

Customization is a bit harder than I would like. Certain things that need to be on specific documents aren't able to be added.

Best EHR ever!!!!

i have taken this platform from clinic to clinic to clinic, simply because of it's effectiveness. The collections team is worth their weight in gold. yes, it is a little more expensive then other EHR's, HOWEVER, you get what you pay for. Their collection rate is worth it every time.

Pros

I love how it does absolutely everything I could need to effectively run and operate my business.

Cons

Nothing. I have used this at every clinic I have directed and I love it. I have zero complaints.
