The support staff / help desk is very nice but sometimes unresponsive particularly with complicate issues. Sometimes they get to the end of all the questions and the submit button does not work. If I start a note on a patient and then do a procedure, often that note disappears and I have to start over. For the most part, it is user friendly. The ability to customize everything is great and the coloring is easy on the eyes.

CSR is absolutely wonderful - if only all places could have customer support like this. Thank you for saying “most” so I didn’t have to list all the things I love. The fact that our patient parents can fill it out on mobile is the best. The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.

The software is very responsive, looks aesthetically pleasing, and strikes a great balance for both technically inclined users, and those who may not be as comfortable with computer programs/apps.

It would be better to have all the features included initially and negotiate a price based on that. But we are happy with the software and would recommend it. The customer support in training me was unbelievably comprehensive and intelligent. The trainers were knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and very patient.

Its sad this program is missing the one thing i need more than anything. Reports are nice and helpful for the most part. Free text and voice are nice (however you pay the difference with the higher cost of claim submission compared to competitors). I have had a great experience with it thus far. I am glad for the ease and ability to step right in.

I do my documentation at odd hours so sometimes this is an issue for me. The reports section has also been an extreme help to our company as the missed notes reports will pick up if any therapists have any outstanding notes. This helps us in our a/r. I don't really have a lot of bad things about the software, there are some errors that happen I feel like quite often but they fix those problems relatively fast.

I also like that I am able to use it on my phone as well as laptop. I HATE that I can't use the app - not even to see my current planned work shifts plan when I am offline. You HAVE to be online (4g or WiFi) to use it.

It has gone down in the past, but the crew at Practice Fusion has made corrections very rapidly. The worst outage was related to general downtime from AT&T.
