MWTherapy is an all-in-one EMR (electronic medical record) and scheduling solution for physical therapists, which includes tools for scheduling appointments, tracking patient notes, billing, creating home exercise programs, tracking patient progress and outcomes, and facilitating communication. The customizable platform allows users to configure the system to their specific needs, choosing from modules including scheduling, EMR, billing, reporting, communication, and more.
With the MWTherapy EMR module, physical therapists can add patient data into custom forms, log and view session notes, and access documents and billing data attached to each client file. The scheduling tool allows users to manage appointments across multiple locations, as well as view upcoming sessions, track authorizations, and manage wait-lists. MWTherapy also facilitates in-house or outsourced billing, balance tracking, compliance reporting, and more. Physicians can create custom home exercise programs to assign to patients, and outcomes can be tracked using functional outcome scores.
