What is OneMD?

OneMD is a zero-contact patient check-in application designed to help medical practices and healthcare professionals send appointment reminders, manage waiting room queues, and more. Managers can track patients’ arrival timings, statuses, and responses in real-time on a unified platform.

Using OneMD's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant two-way messaging functionality, healthcare teams can communicate with customers about queries, updates, and other topics. Patients can use the mobile application for Android and iOS devices to fill digital intake forms, access virtual waiting rooms, scan their insurance ID cards, and send them to medical professionals. The platform also screens patients for fever, cough, headache, and other symptoms in accordance with American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines.

OneMD is compatible with various dental practice management systems (PMS) via plug-and-play. It also facilitates integration with several third-party solutions such as Opendental, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Allscripts, Dentrix, Office Practicum, and more.
