What is Rethink?

Rethink is a cloud-based behavioral health practice management software that helps organizations across the health industry streamline ABA data collection and communication with clients. Features include content database, customizable templates, automated progress charting, remote access, and analytics.

The application allows practitioners to perform assessments and create treatment programs for patients accordingly. Staff members can use Rethink’s video-based RBT training module, participate in quizzes, and undertake competency exam to meet certification criteria defined by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Administrators can use the dashboard to visualize the schedules of clients and teams. The platform lets teams store funder contracts, billing codes, signatures, and various other financial information in a centralized manner.

Rethink helps clinics prevent scheduling errors and manage compliance by tracking staff’s certifications and qualifications. Practices can generate reports about cancellations, productivity, and contract utilization. Its billing solution enables therapy clinics to synchronize billing data, manage reimbursements, and distribute reports to physicians.
