SchoolDoc is a web-based electronic health record (EHR) & online registration system for schools and educational institutions which allows users to manage health forms, medications, allergies, and other student medical information, and track injuries and illnesses.

SchoolDoc’s EHR system provides school health staff with instant access to student medical information, and includes an electronic medication administration record (eMAR). Reminder emails are sent automatically to families with incomplete student health forms, with users able to track email opens and bounces. Students can be filtered to create lists and reports, and frequently-used lists can be saved for future use. Internal notes can be added to student records, and records can be tagged to track internally-assigned items, such as sports clubs. Also included are health log templates, medication alerts, triage mode, illness and injury tracking, real-time trend analysis, allergy reports, and more.

The SchoolDoc online registration system allows families to register students and pay tuition fees or deposits online. An unlimited number of programs or sessions can be offered, and users have full control over pricing, with the ability to create add-on items, early-bird or sibling registration discounts, and payment plans. Credit card and ACH payments can be processed, and schools can also accept donations and process refunds through the platform. Customized confirmation emails, receipts, and balance reminders are sent out to parents automatically, and users can generate financial and enrollment reports at any time.
