Skriber overview
What is Skriber?
Skriber is an AI medical scribe for healthcare professionals using web and mobile workflows. It converts recorded visits or dictation into structured draft clinical notes for clinician review.
Clinicians can select note templates, add Custom Instructions and Visit Context, and refine generated notes with Magic Edit or manual editing. Support-assisted template refinement helps practices adapt note structure to their documentation needs.
Reviewed notes can be transferred by copying the full note or individual sections, or by downloading a PDF. Optional EHR Sync supports selected workflows when configured for the account; confirm EHR compatibility, setup and any add-on charges. Copying a note into an EHR does not require a native integration.
Skriber also offers Clinical Evidence: clinicians can ask questions, inspect supporting references and continue with follow-up questions without recording a visit. Active Skriber subscriptions include unlimited Evidence access. A separate Evidence-only membership does not include unlimited medical scribing.
Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing generated notes, answers and references before use in care or the medical record.
