For individuals and group practices, users can initiate group videos with up to three people, schedule appointments with an interactive calendar and access comprehensive client files. Users can also takes notes, perform client assessments, instant message and store documents securely with 256-bit encryption.
Meanwhile, WeCounsel ensures enterprises have access to added features such as facilitated patient check-in, multi-location management and administrative scheduling. Enterprise users can also create custom workflows, determine role-based permissions and employ an interactive directory. Further enterprise benefits include user insights reporting, custom assessment template creation and eligibility checks and insurance claims submission. Moreover, WeCounsel offers enterprise users implementation and on-boarding assistance besides support from a dedicated account executive.
