Setting up automatic payments has been super helpful, allowing patients to set up payment plans has been a huge plus.
Using financial lending. The amount clients (us) have to write off is ridiculous.
M so grateful that they are incorporated with Billing Precision.
I've not found an easy report to determine my loss percentage. In other words if you give them for example 10 patients which owe a $1000 each you know that they can't possibly collect $10,000.
Excellent software to enhance billing protocols.
The system constantly suspends accounts and there is no way to change this.
It allows patients to concentrate more in their care and less on how they are going to afford it.
Patients can pay any balance if needed by texted/emailed links.
Over all we are happy with them I am not sure if their pricing is comparative to other systems as I haven't compared fees in a while.
If you understand how to use cleargage it is easy to use.

This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.
This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).
They have been very supportive and helpful with helping an Alternative Holistic Practice make the software work for our needs. There was always a solution to our request.
We have had problems with the scheduler software moving appointments, deleting appointments, and changing the status of appointments without our knowledge or input.
Practice Suite is a great product and the service support is amazing. They are continuously upgrading and integrating new aspects of the software to help ease the use for both providers and patients.
We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.
Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.

The support staff do a great job and I would highly recommend this to any medical billing service. I have used other software and I like this one the best.
It is also very affordable. I have used 3 other soft wares in the past and this one I like the best.

Patients love it for their home exercises because it is user friendly and live in the videos. I love it because the exercise selection is thorough and the videos are inclusive of all types of people.
Are we really so concerned that someone might print an unauthorized picture of a wall squat that we make the program obscenely annoying on an hourly basis.
MedBridge provides great opportunities to complete continuing education for our physical therapy license from respected clinicians in the field.
Stupid, Stupid, Stupid constant log outs. Make a home program, walk out into gym and start working with patient to make sure program is appropriate and boom, you are logged out and program is gone.
From the user friendliness to the quality of continuing education courses to the customer service, Medbridge is, overall l, a phenomenal website that is well worth the money.
Inability to speak with a representative easily.
I like how patients have access to videos that help demonstrate their assigned exercises.
Some difficultly creating ex programs from my phone. Less response as of late to exercise suggestions.
Ability to update and create comprehensive and customized exercise programs for patients in addition to current continuing education needs.
HEPs are easy to make, easy to customize, and they don't freeze like other software as much.
The exercise program is an excellent tool for patients to utilize at home.
Easy to use, innovative in some concepts of home exercise routine.
Most of my active senior patients like the paper/ hardcopy of their program over the use of logging in but it is a nice feature to have access to. Setting your "Favorites" is a time saving feature.
Good overall, mislead initially with price guarantee. Fine print" that was never shared with our group.

One of the most important aspects to a company, in my opinion, is customer service & theirs is wonderful. They are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond which is very much appreciated.
My only frustration is making sure the lab you use, will work with this software or you will be doing multiple steps not otherwise necessary.
Wonderful platform which has secured significant laboratory business for our company by way of client customization.
I found TestDirectly to be a bit confusing when setting up a Provider build vs an Organization build.
I love that it is available for our patients to schedule themselves, it's very intuitive and rarely does someone need help getting on the schedule.
There really aren't many cons. Anytime I have had a problem or an idea, a quick check in with customer service and all was solved.
I like that they can pay online and save a step at the office as well. IF you are working with a lab that is integrated the flow is seamless and very hands off for the team.
The Team also does a wonderful job of providing training when we request it and always following through on business process changes.

We use this product in a Pediatric Medical Practice. It was a helpful product to have and Allscripts was wonderful to work with and continue to be a fully supported customer service program.
Horrible customer support. They had an update on their system on 11/05/19 and system keep failing since then.
I think this is a very good software compared to a lot that i have tried. I think the appointment scheduler is the best part of the program.
I'm sure there are other systems out there that are worse but it is hard to imagine.
The ease of use and accessibility for Allscripts is great. It's easy to learn and manage for any need you may have.

Easy to use, self explanatory, customer service is great, searching for patients is easy, ales representatives are very quick.
The most frustrating thing for me was the lack of customization.
The best thing about this product is that it allows doctors to send electronic scripts to pharmacies. This makes it easier for patients and for the medical offices.
Major headaches and a ton of ridiculous bills for no service.
This software is so easy to use, even the greenest employee can handle it. It is also easy to integrate with other labs and systems for easy ordering and results.
Allscripts literally feels punitive to use. You cannot even open 2 screens at a time and if you try to you will be kicked out of the original with no option to go back either.
Allows us to meet the state requirements. Cost was reportedly very good.
Cannot believe that we pay that much money for something that keeps failing us.
AllScripts allows providers to track and maintain records for so many purposes, it works well for all types of medical providers, and once you know where things are it is pretty easy to use.

Very easy to teach front-line staff on it's capabilities, patient acceptance has been remarkable, and Inbox reporting and feedback is the best of any statement vendor we've ever utilized.
The issue of Inbox Health not initiating billing cycles was my biggest concern and frustration that continues.
My providers, their patients, and my staff love the ease of use of Inbox Health. We are more profitable and cost-effective with our time because of Inbox Health.
Inability to make adjustments to invoices within the program.

The word used to describe an adjustment in the system doesn't make sense. Synching issues at times can be confusing.
