This is an amazing service and I would recommend to anyone.
It took too long to develop and the patients ask too many questions. When I hang up on them I blame it on bad cell phone service, oops four hundredth time today.
Requesting an appointment is as simple as entering a few details about your request, choosing a timeframe, and how you'd like to be contacted. The doctors are highly professional and helpful.
Now they have deleted my account and I can't login in to retrieve what they said to provide to my primary doctor. I will surely spread the word about this horrible scam.
This is the app to go for if you want a quick medical advice for minor ailments or refill of maintenance prescriptions. My insurance covers this service so it is super convenient.
The doctor and support team are liars and wont follow-through - just a money-making scam taking advantage of sick people.
I really like the quality of the sound and video too.
The fact that I waited over 24 h before going to emergency because I was reassured it was just a flu, nearly cost me my life, as the infection spread to my blood, and that's no joke.
Software is ok, easy to use, customer service is helpful.
I saw 2 physicians to hear the same thing twice: go see a doctor... weird. I was thinking it was actually what I was doing... in a word: useless.

Tech support is of the highest quality with extremely polite and professional team who are ready to help you right away and are always available on phone.
Lots of problems and no live support. Very expensive for what they offer.
Most user friendly with awesome 24/7 one to one support immediately.
Sometimes communicating with the support staff is difficult due to lack of understanding for the specific needs.
If you are a stickler to your own style which most of us are and not an adapter of standardized EMR formatting this is the best out there since we have sampled quiet a few.
I would prefer a hard copy of how to use the software.
They are always helpful and never seemed impatient. Even if there were other persons needing help, they always made our staff feel what we were asking was important.
Reminder System is a great tool and is working well for the facility. Telehealth is also working well for the facility.
The product is easy to click on, the scheduler is easy enough once it comes up. Patient click has much to fix.
Also one click and one page review of our meaningful use and CQM pertaining to our speciality.

Simplify the navigation and most importantly resolve the out-of-date/lack of data issue and this could be a great tool.
I've told my doctor I'm not using this website, it's worthless and the cs is terrible.
As a provider, it is nice to be able to email instead of trying to reach the patient by phone.
There appears to be a fatal flaw on how data gets updated (or not).
It is super convenient when questions come up and the office is closed, as you can email your questions and get an answer when the office opens.
When I contacted customer service. The agent was condescending and angry.
The FollowMyHealth software is easy to use & has common sense terminology that help end users understand what they are looking at & find what they are looking for.
The disconnect could be with the providers failing to send updated records but that probably speaks to the difficulty in using the system.
I love the aspect of patients being able to email the providers instead of trying to get someone by phone.
It's difficult to click between screens, the mobile app is clunky, and it's hard to see your lab reports.
It is easy to log on and to look up medical records. It is pretty to look at.
It can take a significant amount of time before a test result or appointment summary is available, which can cause frustration.
Simplify the navigation and most importantly resolve the out-of-date/lack of data issue and this could be a great tool.
I've told my doctor I'm not using this website, it's worthless and the cs is terrible.
