What is Camping-Digital?
Camping-Digital is a cloud-based management system built specifically for campgrounds, hosted on redundant servers in Germany.
Operators manage everything in one place. stay overview from arrival to departure, a visual pitch plan, invoices and finances, tourist tax reports, payment plans, group bookings, seasons, items and prices. Calendar, to-do lists, a supplier directory and team roles with access rights keep daily work organized. An integrated POS with cloud TSE handles kiosk and reception sales.
Guests get their own service area with a digital guest folder via QR code, online check-in, bookings, invoices, messages, reviews and bookable extra services. Each campground also gets a customizable public page. The booking portal and admin area are available in five languages. Modular extensions such as DATEV, payment providers and channel managers can be added as you grow. One price for every campground, no setup fees, free updates. Try it free for 3 months.
