Pros

Good all in one package, easy integration with Airbnb, good layout, each unit calendar is good, the same basis as Airbnb.
Integrates with a number of good channels for STRs and they have very responsive customer service.
International user friendly. I am able to give my clients a few choices so that can decide what is best for their budget.

Pros

Our entire staff is very thankful that they save a lot of time with our new PMS. All in all very happy we took the decision to change to an All in One Solution.
Customer service is great and there is always someone to respond. The set up was easy and it has really solved some of the greatest challenges we were facing.
We are very happy with the software - it gives us exactly what we need and the results are excellent. Great Support and very helpful when it comes to problems.

Cons

TRIED CANCELLING ACCOUNT MULTIPLE TIMES HAD TO DISPUTE CHARGES. Interface confusing terrible customer support saw no value tried to cancel multiple times.
They had this corrected in just a week. The most recent issue I reported was also something that affected every user and they are working hard even now to correct it in a timely manner.
Not accurate "earnings section" lack of precise currency exchange and missing externals fee like cleanings.

Cons

Change this, it serves no purpose, but to aggravate the Innkeepers. The accounting end is complicated, no logical process, typical Geek mentality and no common sense.
I was utterly shocked to see that coming from the Support team as this comes at a high level of risk to the property given that the resort will be held accountable for the confirmation email.
On the front end, I do not deny that it has helped us in terms of inventory management and connection with OTAs. Nonetheless, the backend processes have really thrown us into utter disappointment.
