Pros

Easy to use, good connection with few platform, good user friendly design. Some of the features are good.
The customer support is excellent and they are constantly updating and improving. As you grow in number of listings the pricing becomes one of the best in the industry.
It has been good working with them and the customer support has been wonderful. The learning curve is really steep so it just takes time to get things really set up and understood.

Pros

The platform and the people are amazing. They're always growing and working to improve all that they do.
Not only, Game-changing for operations and increased revenue , but also peace of mind knowing team members have better access to operationsto help make them successful in their various support roles.
Ease of use and partnership and integration with other useful programs/companies. Orbirental customer support is great and always responsive.

Cons

Long time to receive an answer and they reply without looking at your enquiry, just sending random links to their knowledge base. Just useless if you have an urgent problem.
Difficult functionality, unable to put in standard restrictions or rules that you can when dealing with the channels directly.
Response time can be delayed due to timezone challenges.

Cons

I received no reminder that the two-week trial was coming to an end and that I would be charged. No notification nor receipt when they made TWO separate charges to my card.
I expected that there would be an email reminder that the trial was coming to an end - not an unreasonable expectation but sadly it is.
Internal web booking site is awful. You really need to build your own external website via Wix or Wordpress and add Hostfully's widgets.

Over, the support is outstanding. Onboarding was easy with an assigned success manager. Has all the features to run my seasonal vacation property management business.

Cons

Integration to VRBO is not smooth, but it’s the VRBO property management support team that is THE PROBLEM.

Customer support has been outstanding. Each and every time we've needed questions answered, which has not been very often, we were able to promptly get the information from a knowledgeable and friendly Hostaway team member.

Pros

We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting.

Cons

We honestly have no complaints or dislikes. Hostaway offers us the ability to run a small but growing property management firm and we can stay with them throughout the journey.

Fantastic! Telephone support is fabulous and they record calls and send them back. We worked with [sensitive content hidden] and some financials and her knowledge of Hostaway and the other channels was impressive.

Pros

I looked no less than 10 property management software/channel management software systems and Hostway was far more effective than the other system combined.

Cons

I am a fast study. I wish we could book onboarding calls very other week. There appears to be a shortage of onboarding specialists. Luckily the system is user friendly and I went ahead and completed things on my own :)

I went from Hostfully to Hostaway and haven't looked back. Hostaway is a little bit pricier but very satisfied thus far. Hostfully does offer a ton of integrations but I don't see our company using any of them.

Pros

UI is great, customer support is top notch, prebuilt website is also pretty decent right out of the box. In the short time I've been using their platform, they've done several big updates

Cons

I wish the wordpress api had a few more features but that is on the road map and

If you are a property manager looking for the best all-in-one property management software, look no further. From the channel management, reservation management, pricing for multiple channels, all-in-one inbox, payment setup for direct bookings, website booking engine, owner portals, and financial reporting, this software does it all. I have especially enjoyed the ease of setup, as my series of onboarding meetings has been extremely helpful ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing).

Overall, the experience using Hostaway has been positive. It's given me peace of mind that there no longer is problem of double bookings. There is a great option to automatically send notices to cleaning and housekeeping staff and it tracks my revenue along with all the necessary booking features.

Pros

This was the only platform that was able to offer the unique option of a parent/child relationship. That is allowing me to list my three properties and a fourth option (Retreat) to rent the entire property. When one unit is booked the overall (retreat) property is no longer available.

Cons

It is a very comprehensive platform with a lot to learn. More support in regards to auto messaging auto templates etc would be very useful.

Offers a lot of solutions for vacation property management in a same software. Unified inbox and message automation, calendar sync with all OTA's, dashboards, multiple API's with important providers for STR properties, amongst other.

Cons

Difficulty in setting up listings from booking.com and interface could improve, be more user friendly.

Excellent in all regards, except mobile

Pros

Easy integration, the onboarding was very helpful, overall very powerful platform to help one professionally manage properties. Even for a single property the pure nature of Hostway makes it 100% reliable in all regards.

Cons

If someone else is using cleaners they have to get a new email. There has to be an integration or better way around the idea that cleaners only work for one host that is on Hostway in a area.

Terrific! Training was exception - [sensitive content hidden] has a great way of explaining the program and made learning the basics of this system incredibly easy.

Pros

Everything! The ease of use and coordination of rental platform information has absolutely been the best

Cons

Nothing...I love it all. Great program for any property manager.

Great service, needs some improvement

It's been nice having a calendar all in one place. The message system and templates are hard to understand and often glitchy. The speed could be improved. The backend also just feels like outdated compared to Hostaway or other platforms.

Pros

Fantastic customer service. Any questions get answered fast, and everyone is super friendly.

Cons

It's very slow once you use it. Also, it's hard to switch between properties which also makes it slow. I would love for some more integrations. Also, the accounting and reports feature is basically useless.
