What is ResRequest?

ResRequest is a cloud-based property management system which assists safari lodges and boutique hotels with customer relationship management and reservations. Its key features include multi-currency support, online booking, rate analysis, payment processing, guest information and finance management.

The application comes with a module which enables users to publish room availability across multiple channels and manage direct bookings and payments. Teams can generate invoices for different services and prepare property-based reports on parameters such as lodge costs, property margins and booking source. With the property management tool, team members can check in guests, create guest profiles, record purchases on guest accounts and track daily activity. Staff can generate operational reports on functions such as kitchen, housekeeping and concierge.

ResRequest comes with a price management feature which allows property managers to adjust rates based on factors such as seasonal demand, tax, tourism levy, agent commissions and currency. It lets finance teams generate branded proforma and tax invoices and send them to a fiscal machine.

Charging 0.3% of bed night revenue makes pricing transparent and fair.

When you grow, adding rooms or services, the rental increase is proportional and predictable, making budgeting and measuring the value provided by ResRequest easier.

In business down cycles and disasters (things like serious political interference and conflict, which we have had in various countries in the past), the cost of ResRequest goes down as your revenue takes a hit. ResRequest costs less when you need that support.
