The reputation management feature monitors and scans guest reviews in real time and allows guests to attach photos or documents to the review for authenticity purposes. The review platform can be utilized on any mobile device and will be directed to the manager on duty immediately if any star rating under three is selected.
RezExperts' booking engine can be accessed online and gives users the opportunity to reserve rooms by number of guests, length of stay, and dates chosen. The reservation system comes with a calendar view, which allows users to view availability and compare prices between different specified nights. The dynamic pricing tool that allows managers to automatically change their rates based on length of stay, weekends, national holidays or occupancy levels. These rates can be generated on the calendar page and can be viewed by users who are researching pricing options.
