Smart Hotel Software is a cloud-based and on-premise hospitality property management solution that helps businesses of all sizes streamline processes related to sales, accounting, payroll, banquet event orders (BEO), and more. Managers can utilize the back-office accounting module to manage general ledgers including records of accounts payable and receivable, purchasing or shipping operations, electronic data interchange (EDI), and more.

Smart Hotel Software integrates with Sage CRM, allowing businesses to create and export prospect lists into Microsoft Office files, send targeted messages, streamline communication, and launch marketing campaigns. Professionals can handle check in/check out processes, housekeeping, guest portfolios, and records. Plus, users can create itineraries or packages for various banquet events, process payments and deposits using the POS (point of sale) system, and print detailed reports for staff members to streamline event management.

Smart Hotel Software facilitates integration with various third-party systems including Micros POS, POSiTouch, Adagio, QuickBooks, Sage 500, Acumatica Cloud, and more. Guests can utilize the online reservation tool to create itineraries and bookings based on room availability.
