Virtual Resort Manager helps supervisors assign tasks, track cleaning status and manage housekeeper work hours. The platform lets marketing teams run targeted campaigns, manage landing pages and capture leads.

Virtual Resort Manager integrates with third-party travel insurance platforms such as Travel Guard, Rental Guardian, Red Sky, and CSA Travel Protection. The vacation bridge feature enables managers to update channel partners and online distributors with current property photos, rates, and information. Virtual Resort Manager's service order functionality allows supervisors to assign multiple vendors and financial accounts to an individual job, as well as monitor progress in real-time.
