Mein Gesamteindruck von Visitor ist rundweg gut. Bestimmt gibt es noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten da und dort, aber Visitor überzeugt mich in Optik, Übersichtlichkeit, Bedienungsfreundlichkeit, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, und der freundlichen, umfangreichen und professionellen Betreuung bei Fragen
-Mir gefällt an Visitor sehr gut, dass ich die Preise jederzeit selber und unkompliziert ändern kann, und diese dann automatisch auch an die diversen Buchungsplatformen (booking.com usw.) übermittelt werden. - Ich brauche kein backup zu machen um meine Buchungen zu sichern, um sie bei Verlust wiederherstellen zu können - Am besten gefällt mir die wirklich sehr professionelle, engagierte, und persönliche Betreuung bei Fragen! Das ist wirklich einzigartig!
-Die online-Buchung auf der Website könnte durch einen übersichtlichen Kalender ergänzt werden. - Bei Buchungen mit Frühstück muss ich dieses noch manuell hinzufügen, und vom System hochrechnen lassen - für nach alter individuell einstellbaren Kinderpreisen wäre ich ebenfalls sehr dankbar.

Its a very useful tool, especially if they implement the features which are important for me. Im looking forward to see their development.
I like the easy usability of the program. The functions are covering not more and less of what I need for an price which is an a range in which I finally did this step. Most important for me is the fact that stuff is automized which normally took a lot of time, such as emails for confirmations or changes of bookings. I'm not using the program long enough to give an insight of the increase in revenue but overall I feel like theres more movements in the new bookings.
The onboarding process was a bit stumbling, but finally everything worked the way it was supposed. It would be create if bookings could be imported automatically since its taking a long time to add all of them manually to the calendar, pls changes this for the future! Also I feel like the service with be even more helpful if numbers or bookings could be exported, for example the guest details or the booking details, im always just printing out the website itself.

I have a more organized data integration and controlled monitoring without being able to forget visitors or reservations I have for my accommodation
It has a control panel that has been very easy to learn to use, with the app on my cell phone I can manage my work from anywhere, having real-time monitoring of visitors. Its price is economical because its value is for the whole year without having to pay a high monthly fee, I really like its price and quality
I have not had any functional problems or any other type of problem. To my satisfaction, everything has been fabulous.

It is superb from the start. Good customer service. It is obvious that this business cares about what it does. If they promoted some of the features and apps they provide, I believe they would do much better.
The flexibility of the calendar's view. the analytics and reporting. Additionally, there are a ton of features I wish I had time to explore.
I'd just like to be able to color-code my schedule according to the incoming channel. In this method, I would have instant visual proof that would show me where the reservations are coming from and would instantly show me how any particular offer is doing based on the channel. Even better would be if the reservation included a note indicating which promotion was applied.
