Brightmove is quite intuitive and easy to use. The cost is unbeatable and they are constantly adding new enhancements. My favorite aspect as an HR Director is that the jobs automatically push out to relevant job boards which saves time and draws in quality candidates!

n/a. Truly love this product. I wish it integrated with Paycom so the employee information could be uploaded, but this is not a show stopper.

Value for the money . The best customer service - fast and knowledgeable! Always improving and coming out with new features.

They made improvements to reporting, but it still needs more work. Pay per user is tough for some clients.

Customer service, ease of use, cost effectiveness, wiki page is pretty helpful although needed help finding the specific topics. I sent several questions a week through the Help feature and they are ALWAYS responded to quickly. Major tech glitches were resolved within 24 hours. Ability to create my own career portal and get it up and running almost completely by myself (with some guidance from Customer Service).

Candidate and job profile pages are pretty busy and am unable to remove a lot of the fields I don't need; would like photos to display if candidate's LinkedIn profile is linked

While we certainly regret not being able to resolve the integration issue with Monster in a more timely manner, I assure you that we were working diligently behind the scenes to correct the problem. Unfortunately, we are sometimes constrained in integration situations, based on the flexibility, and responsiveness of the companies we integrate with. On a positive note, we were able to resolve the integration issue. We have additionally worked to improve on support communication during the resolution process. Thank you again for your comments.

The vendor has excellent customer service. The product provided is decent for the price you pay. The functionality makes it easy to train new employees on. Searches are easy to maneuver and the customization for this system is very flexible. I would recommend this to a start up company.

I least like the following: Implementation is lacking: While there are tools in place to teach you how to put triggers into place unless you understand technology on what I'd describe as an intermediate level they may not function the way you'd like them to. Great value for the monthly cost. Fields are easily customizable along with processes. Integrates with email and has an internal job board posting that is connected to probably 100 social media/external sites. Resume parser is one of the best out there. Easy and even has a Chrome Extension for LinkedIn. Dashboard is easy to navigate and customize.

When you open attached resumes from clients, they aren't in the format they submit them in. More like a text type doc so a lot of the formatting is removed.

it is so easy to use, and for a small company very cost effective. the customer service is top notch.

sometimes it doesn't catch duplicates, but I know they are working on it, and on occassion it compacts the resume too much

The BrightMove team is always available to answer any questions you have and solve any problems, their customer service is excellent. In addition, we've been working with them for about 4 years now, and they are continually striving to enhance the ATS platform and add improved functionality and speed. BrightMove is a great value. We would recommend them without hesitation.

I like that BrightMove is very affordable for small business to take advantage of, yet does not skimp on the strong performance of Applicant Tracking Systems costing twice as much.

The only negative I can think of is that the software is so customizable that at times you can get lost in the options and integrations. It's a small price to pay for the added functionality, but can be frustrating when trying to fix your issue.

Great value for functionality. Easy to use, integrated well with our careers site and the customer support is amazing.

Custom report function can take time and will cost a little. Most of the reports are available but if custom report needed, will incur time and cost.

Transitioning from screen to screen with ease. Program is easy to learn for a new user. Price of system is appealing

The ability to navigate is very easy and almost like common sense. I also really enjoy the searching ability and so much more! I

My only cons abou the software would be the lack of reporting ability. The ability to create reports through BrightMove would allow our clients to have more ease when creating reports for upper management instead of keeping it in an Excel document as an example.

It was very quick to set up. Tech support is awesome. So many features I have yet to explore. Integrates seamlessly with Indeed, easy apply.

I had to set it up the majority myself, and there are so many features that I don't know how to use (yet). East Coast Customer support so hours are limited for support when urgent, no help after 3 or on weekends. We set up as an RPO.

This is a very easy to follow and learn software to organize and provide a better system to staffing agencies.

It has been great to work with both the people and reps but we definitely got the value for what we paid for and that is by far the best feeling. The only issue I can point out is that sometimes it can get real slow and often freezes our computer.

BrightMove is solid recruiting software at a great price. Parsing works very well. CRM and Applicant Tracking System works very well.

It is easy to get caught up in trying to customize too much and then it robs you of productivity. Can't see employees at each stage of the pipeline at once.

Their pay for use model is great for us so far since our volume and activity is up and down. Email support has been great. Integration with Outlook works nicely.

We've had some issues getting the DICE integration to work right out of the box. It's not as visually stunning or simple as other solutions. It would be great if the questionnaire functionality would support grading so we can better qualify candidates applying.

BrightMove has been awesome for us. We have been using it for years as our recruitment tool and love it. They have recently added some amazing search technology to search for passive candidates directly from the Recruiters Workbench.

Its a fairly new company but that's also a pro. They react quickly to customer needs.
