HR Acuity On-Demand is an HR case management solution that helps organizations to create a consistent documentation process to handle employee issues. The solution is available in three different editions for small businesses, professionals, and enterprise.

HR Acuity On-Demand allows HR teams to create a structured process to conduct workplace investigations and automatically generates case reports in pre-defined templates. Employee issues can be classified under various categories. When a user selects an issue category from configurable menu options, the tool automatically suggests corresponding action items and attaches the appropriate documents to the case file.

HR Acuity On-Demand helps in employee relations management, trend spotting and data pool building. Users can also proactively identify issues present across the company and pinpoint any recurring behavior among employees. The solution offers a knowledge center that helps in benchmarking all data related to employees and an organization.

HR Acuity On-Demand helps organizations to identify opportunities for improving their recruitment process and develop a successful on-boarding process. The software also assists HR professionals with post-hire and exit interviews, which can provide information useful for assessing the work-life balance of employees and for improvising retention programs.

HR Acuity On-Demand offers other features such as web service APIs for system integration, regular onsite and offsite data backups and single sign-on. I have used other case management systems and this product is easy to use. It is a great product for someone new to computerized case management. I like the reporting features as well they are also easy to use and provide me with the information required in different forms.
