Using a Policy Manual Wizard, HR representatives can create policy manuals on various subjects, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, workplace safety, human rights, and more. The Atlas platform allows hiring managers to include brand-specific documents in manuals, edit content across predefined templates, and compare the new legislation and updates to existing policies. The platform also offers monthly curated content on the latest industry trends and provides access to policies, templates, forms, checklists, topic-specific videos through a unified portal.
The platform also has a job description generator, which creates template-based or fully customizable job descriptions, postings, and interview questions in compliance with business standards. Internal teams can build out surveys on employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and more.
