What is JobArch?

JobArch is a Recruiting Software developed for SMEs, small/medium sized Staffing agencies and recruitment companies, that effectively enables to improve recruitment processes. It's available in 6 languages.

JobArch has a powerful Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that allows effective and inexpensive recruitment and selection, within everyone’s reach.

It's based on Artificial Intelligence that makes, in a few seconds, an automatic pre-screening and ranking of candidates through the use of a specific semantic engine for the HR world, which allows matching between job offers and CVs.

The Candidate Database of JobArch is always consultable. Within it you can search for profiles by job title and location, and download those of interest, saving them among your candidates.

The integrated Multiposting system allows simultaneous posting of job advertisement on main job portals and the main social networks.

JobArch offers also a CRM solution to manage the relationship with the candidates and the clients (customer data, offices, contacts, activities, etc.).

For comprehensive candidate assessment, the software offers integration with state-of-the-art tools such as:

- On-demand video interviews

- Language Tests and Tests on Microsoft Office and Accounting

- Psychometric tests for measuring soft skills and cognitive abilities
