Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Mentornity overview
What is Mentornity?
Mentornity is a cloud platform for running mentoring and coaching programs end to end: enrolment, matching, scheduling, session tracking, feedback and reporting.
Matching
Rules compare mentor and mentee profile fields and each carries its own weight. Every possible pair is scored as matched-rule weight divided by total weight, times 100, and any pair failing a mandatory rule is removed. Administrators review suggestions side by side and approve them individually or in bulk. Manual assignment and participant self-selection, with per-mentor request limits and optional mentor approval, can run alongside in the same program. Group circles and one-to-one pairs are both supported.
Scheduling and meetings
Mentors publish availability as recurring or one-off slots and mentees book inside it. Reminders are sent automatically before and after each meeting. Video sessions run on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
Data and reporting
Activation, matches formed, meetings held, session completion and feedback response rates are tracked continuously rather than assembled at the end of a cycle. A program health score compares each program against its own targets and flags the ones that are drifting. Surveys and forms attach at any stage. Exports as CSV, Excel and PDF.
Access and security
Role-based permissions, and SAML single sign-on against the organization's own identity provider. White labelling puts a program on its own domain with its own logo, colours, email sender and legal pages.
Languages
Six participant interface languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Notification emails are sent in each user's own language.
Pricing
Free for up to 10 users, with no expiry and every feature enabled. Paid plans start at $289 per month.
