You are assigned an account advisor that you are never able to contact directly and must play voice-tag when you have questions.   When I am calling, I am spending the time to get an immediate answer and the process gets dragged out much longer than necessary.   If you want an immediate answer, you are then put on hold to speak to the next available agent.   Since they are not as familiar with your account, in my opinion, there is a higher risk that you will receive an incorrect answer which happened to me on multiple occasions which made undoing the correction even worse.

In addition, having access to paystubs and being able to update any changes to my address were great to do right away when needed.

Paychex is not very helpful, be aware of the actual charges as Paychex has a lot of hidden fees that is not disclosed. And they will lock your account and will not provide records for you until it’s paid.
