managing people is a task and an important one. Accuracy and legal protection are key to a successful HR department. If you are integrated from "soup to nuts" yet, check out PeopleStrategy.
totally integrated HR administration from applicant attraction, qualifying, on-boarding, payroll, etc.
i can't think of any negatives, except the suite doesn't include multirater reviews (i.e 360's) an integral part of people management.

A good program suitable for small and medium companies, which helps in accomplishing a lot of work in a short time.
A good platform for providing different types of services and consultations. This program is also a good tool for managing human resources and various administrative works. It helps in preparing payroll and preparing and tracking reports.
Sometimes errors may occur in the payroll, and this program is not suitable for large companies with more than 500 employees.

We didn't use a time clock prior to going with PS so that was helpful and the tracking of PTO with in the system was very much needed.
Random Error's occur with the payroll system at least once a quarter. Employee's hourly rate change even when I NEVER touched that person account, If I do change someone's hourly rate I need to go to 2 places to make sure it reflects on the PTO, and Holiday hours too. System paid an employee a pay cycle after I terminated them. I guess we didn't buy the "onboarding" part of the system because we do NOT hire that often so I still must gather a bunch of info manually form the new employee before I can get them in the system. I think there are TOO MANY report options so I can never find what I want to do. I a-only use the same 3 or 4 reports on a payroll week and that's it. I wish I could use it for more employee management related reports but I don't have time to teach myself.
