Nice ATS for Startup and Small companies.
This ATS is very easy to use with less training, the job posting is very easy. The backend support (Customer support) is very responsive, the backend developer resolve issue very actively and they are doing great and making this ATS more efficient.
Phone customer support is not available, need email all time. Few featurests have need to be resolve, like sending emails through This ATS. and resume integration is little slow as compared to other ATS.

I most enjoy the simplicity of this product. As a tenured recruiter in the IT industry, I have used MANY different applicant tracking systems in my career. The visual layout of the software allows for simple reading and comprehensive understanding in a way that other ATS systems lack.
I have used ATS in the past that allow for direct job publishing to major job boards from within the ATS. That is a feature that could be integrated to Recruiterbox to make it even better, though not necessarily something that I don't like about it.

I have used a number of ATS systems in my recruitment careers and encountered the good the bad and the ugly! Recruiterbox has taken a number of typical ATS pain points and automated them, and done it well! It is intuitive, easy to customize and a breeze to navigate. The customer service is excellent, responsive and delightful.

I often help with the recruitment process for outside clients and that involves working within their ATS. The customizability of the workflow is probably it's strongest point.
Some of the navigation isn't quite as intuitive as it could be, but it seems they're on the right path.

Recruiterbox delivers all the best features any modern ATS provides but doesn't require your whole company to be trained on ATS software - this is huge! Your interviewers and hiring managers don't need to remember a username/password because Recruiterbox delivers all the information necessary for them to conduct an interview securely over email. HR coordinators can get to work quickly thanks to the intuitive design & layout. Everything is where my brain naturally expects it to be; I can't think of any better compliment to the interface than that! According to Recruiterbox one unexpected consequence of this is that they can offer 24x7 technical support free of charge. I didn't find another ATS company that offers the same so I figure it's worth mentioning.
best careers widget of all ATS providers (none of their branding on your site & blends in perfectly with the look and feel of my own site), excellent support (24 hours a day 7 days a week, and yes they respond on weekends - I tested), easy to use, structured hiring workflows + auto email templates are a life saver!
they support most popular job boards but i'd like to see them add monster as well (outside of the custom posting option they currently support)

Overall, this is an above average software that hits all the necessary needs of the recruitment lifecycle. Great for smaller/start-up recruiting practices or freelance recruiters.
RecruiterBox is a user-friendly way to manage resumes, open job requisitions, and recruiting pipeline. Simplified format, allows you to upload multiple resumes at the same time, and filter candidates and organize folders. Decent application integration with other ATS systems.
Free version is very limited, so you will likely have to pay to experience it's full potential. Pricing is a little high, but not bad compared to similar services. I'd like to see a better mobile application as well.

Recruiterbox is still a great Applicant Tracking System (ATS), especially for how affordable it is. However, I've found I was much happier with the system 1 year ago than I am using it right now and hope they remove some of the "busy-ness" from the interface.
- Extremely affordable for smaller and mid-sized companies - Ability to allow multiple users have access to the same application in order to keep track of where they are in our process. - Constantly implementing updates (sometimes a con as well) - Pretty intuitive and easy to use for the most part
- Although they implement many updates, I don't view all of them as improvements. For example they used to have a Dashboard on the home screen that was one of RB's best features. You had a great visual of which stages seemed to have a lot of apps built up and instantly knew where your attention was needed. They took that feature away and although you are still able to filter by stage, it is a pain...

A very convenient and user-friendly ATS! I've been using it more than a year and I see how the product grows and develops! It's like when you have just a thought that some feature would be great to have, but they have already implemented it! And I am very happy with the customer support - all questions are solved almost immediately! And the system is so adjustable - you can build separate hiring workflow for every opening if you need.
Very easy to use ATS! If you have a newcomer, there is no necessity to waste a lot of time in training as the system is so intuitive and user-friendly. You can see that system constantly grow and develops as the new features are introduced or some old features are being re-designed to become even more convenient to use.

Overall my experience was okay however when we need to hire again I will choose a different product. It did effectively serve as an ATS. If you don't need to hire very often the free version will likely suit your needs, however if you have a high turnaround you will likely need the paid version.
This product offers a free trial and a free version. It is relatively easy to use. It is useful for hiring and job posting. I did like the career page and the ability to customize it. It was nice that the applications were customizable and had the questionnaire add on. Everyone who's involved in the hiring process can share feedback and communicate. This product can be integrated with social media and allows you to reach a large number of candidates.
There is no mobile app and at times that can be very frustrating and inconvenient. The customer service wasn't satisfactory and I did not enjoy my experience with them. The duplicate application prevention does not function properly. Overall it could just be more polished and straightforward.

We love RecruiterBox overall. It's one of simplest application tracking systems (ATS) out there. We do everything from this software: store resumes, maintain hiring pipeline of various positions, schedule interviews (integrated with google calendar), provide interview feedback appropriately, star (shortlist) candidates, and many more stuff. Without question Recruiterbox has been a great tool for me at Linaro. Prior to Recruiterbox all out managers would interview and send me emails and we had no system. Thanks for Recruiterbox several years later we have notes on every person that has interviewed with us. Have used many different ATS systems over the years and Recruiterbox is by far my favorite.
Collaborative and I use it for everyone of our hiring manager and hiring team. Our costs are not increased just by wanting to add a new user. Just about every competitor to Recruiterbox charges per adding a new user license. That is not how they work and I love that. Considering using this but not positive feel free to reach out to me.
They have not flown me to California yet to meet the people that created this great software!

There are very few pros for this ATS. There are better options available for a lot less money. It is easy to figure out because it doesn't have many features. They made me fill this section out, or they wouldn't take my review. Other then it is simple to figure out - because it is not a very robust app, I have nothing good to say about this product.
How would you like to get the same 10,000 emails in on day? RecuiterBox sends me 10K of the same email in one day. Then when I asked for supports help, I received an EMAIL, not a CALL saying - Yea we noted his happened. Won't happen again. I hate this product and the nonexistence service. After reviewing over 10 SaaS based ATS solutions, I selected Recruiter Box for a client while working as a Recruiting Consultant. The primary reasons for it were the ease of set up and use, the monthly price point, and the rich feature list. I was able to get my client up and running on it in less than 10 hours (including importing in lists of candidates...a feature many other ATS solutions did not have). It was easy to manage the applicant flow and candidates, even when I was using the tool primarily to "headhunt" candidates, not just integrate to job boards. The customer support was awesome...very responsive to my questions and even added in some of my suggestions for new features to releases. I would recommend Recruiter Box to small and medium businesses in a heart beat!

I am using this tool for Recruiting at one of my clients. It was simple to implement and very easy to use. The client has never had an ATS and they are blown away by the efficiency and functionality of the product. I love that all of the information related to the candidate is in one place and can be accessed by the hiring managers. I also really appreciate being able to move the candidate through the hiring process with ease.

I've experimented with, demo'd and implemented many of the top ATS's on the market (a very frustrating experience if I may add). After 1 year of using Jobvite before ultimately switching to Recruiterbox, I feel like I could've saved a year of frustration. The big companies (Jobvite, Jobscore, etc) have great sales teams but inferior products from my experience - recruiterbox is everything you need and nothing you don't if you're a small to medium sized business. Competitively priced and hands down the best ATS product I've used.

I use Recruiterbox for many years, almost since their very first version. This software came a long way and became a very powerful ATS. - Recruiterbox can parse attached CVs and extract information about applicant, skills experience etc. This makes CVs searchable by these texts. - You can configure custom workflow for every opening and define steps of your hiring process, outcomes. - Price is a bit on a high side. - No integration with Zapier, we can't easily bind it to our other tools (to onboard hired candidates for example). - Too simple integration with Slack - basically just notifications, no actions. - Doesn't feel like you have candidates database, it feels like after many years of using it we have just a bunch of CVs, not people. If the same person will submit CV three times - you will have three entries in RB, there's no way to combine them, it is not shown as 1 candidate -> 3 applications. I think this is the biggest minus of this software, it is not people-centric but more like "applications-centric".

Before CEIPAL, we had been using our internal ATS for years, it has fewer options so we moved to CEIPAL earlier this year. CEIPAL has some great features, it supports for our recruitment needs. We used to depend on Excel Sheets Reports to review employees performance, now CEIPAL does this work so bye bye to external reports only CEIPALing now. Overall it is a good product and great customer service.

It has many features, some companies don't need all features. I think they must allow users to customize the tool as per their requirement.

It enables the electronic handling of recruitment needs. Reduce your recruitment related costs, therefore improving your Cost Per Hire. Reduce your recruitment administration time. Streamline the entire recruitment process and ensure best practices. Reduce the Time to Hire.
I like the most is Submission and option to reject the candidate on basis of whatever reasons. It also has option to add notes & comments for the reasons attached. I can save and update all my stuff for my personal records too.
It is slow at times and stop working. I see it just freezes some days and takes long time to reboot again and it also loose your work and not saved. So it is slow and needs to be faster to perform.

The use of Ceipal is to get a right candidate for the right role and hire the candidate and track the candidate. It's very helpful for the recruiters.
In this portal the jobs and candidates are very easy to search and easy to track and easy to submit the candidates. Ceipal portal is very easy to find the right candidate and contact. Easy to use this portal. You can easily understand the process of Ceipal.
In this portal, sometimes the strings are not provide the correct candidate for the role. Sometimes the candidates are having fake documents and fake resume. The portal is little hard to use for the freshers.

I have good experience using Ceipal
It helps to hire a right candidate for a right position at right time and place. It reduce the work of recruiters, we can source, submit and schedule interviews for candidate in a same place.
I don't feel any cons in Ceipal, but sometimes the server is slow

CEIPAL TALENTHIRE offers applicant tracking, requisition management, job posting and on-boarding.
We can use template for common jobs. Mass mailing helps to reach out candidates with skillsets as per client requirement.
At present we are able to migrate 10 profiles at a go from the Career portals . Bulk migration should be implemented so we get more profiles in our internal Ceipal talent-hire database.
