Pros

With it, our performance reviews are faster and enjoyable. The kudos feature is nice for appreciating the team for their great work.
It's a great cloud-based solution for appreciating our colleague's work, thank them how much it meant for us and also to build a culture of motivation.
SI helps me keep track of my 1:1 meetings, I also love being able to give praise to my colleagues when I feel they've exceeded expectations. It is very intuitive and easy to use as well.

Pros

The customer service is great and extremely responsive. It's been a helpful platform for my firm.
It's super easy to use and reminds me that I have an upcoming review to fill out. It holds me accountable for my weekly progress and makes it easy for me to outline topics to connect with my manager.
I enjoy the ease of answering questions and make the process of touching base with my manager simple. I like that it takes me less than 10 minutes to share my overall work updates with my manager.

Cons

User interface is sometimes a bit confusing. There are multiple views of the objectives, and you can do different things in each.
If I had to cut our tools budget, SI might not make the cut.
The comments can then reference one of the key results. Originally we set the objectives semesterly, and they got lost amid the day-to-day work we do.

Cons

As a user, there is nothing in particular that I dislike about the software.
As an employee that used this, it made the Boss/Employee relationship awkward.
There is not anything specific that I find lagging.

Pros

Everything. It has improved our open door policy by giving us another outlet for effective feedback. Also, the 15Five team is always looking towards improvements; inspiring to see that.

Cons

It took longer for me to learn how to use it effectively. That was my own personal struggle. When presented with this service, I just wanted to hurry up, fill it out and get through it. I now know how to manage my time, fill it out a little bit here and there so I am not rushing to finish it at the end of the week. Maybe a stronger emphasis on filling it out little by little thru the week so the client isn't doing what I was doing at first and rushing to finish it with out providing efficient responses to the questions.

Overall Im quite satisfied with my 15Five experience - it has helped break down siloes in our company

Pros

This tool is used throughout our organization to track our OKRs which was previously quite difficult to do across different teams.

Cons

This does a good job a centralizing all OKRs but there can be some improvements in the configuration and reporting aspect of the platform.

Pros

It is a good tool to know what's going on among different teams in a company. It is the source of positivity because it feels great when someone gives you a high five, especially those that really new to you. Not the least, with scheduled feedback, a lot of soft issues can be avoided.

Cons

A more generous pricing would be good for small, even better if it comes with a longer free trial period, or best if there is a free plan for a small team with a size of 5 or fewer members.

It is a great tool to communicate for large companies that do not get to see each other in person on a regular basis. It is great for small ones as well because even when your company is small it is sometimes difficult to find one on one time with your employees. It connects everyone.

Great Idea – push it to the next level

15five allowed our very small company to instantiate a formal HR process. It set the course for regular performance review cycles which in turn leave people feeling more motivated. In general, it's a morale booster – though it can get repetitive. I think a few tweaks to make features more robust and easy to use will go along way. I want to document my own personal growth and objectives – maybe totally privately – in an easier way.

Pros

This software is excellent for small businesses looking to streamline and professionalize their HR approach. Prior to 15five, my company basically had no formal HR system, which I think is surprisingly common amongst small and medium sized companies. I like the report structure. I like the tracking over time. I like/use nearly all of the features.

Cons

There are a lot of features that are buried. It took me several months of use to find, then understand how to use objectives. The peer review process was also a little weird as it asked me to comment on my co-workers' career goals and trajectory – not information I had access to. I would like to see more structure around professional development for individuals. It seems like there's a lot of overlap/confusion around flagging for followup, adding items to a 1:1, following up, commenting. I wish it was all even just a little bit simpler.

Pros

I enjoy the 15Five program. I am able to send feedback to my team lead about each week (my personal goals as well as team goals) . I am also able to explain my concerns and possible improvements for the company. I feel like it's a platform that my voice can be heard and having every week to submit my thoughts is HUGE.

Cons

It would be cool if the questions varied a little bit. They can be pretty repetitive. Possible ideas: Ask questions relative to current events/happenings within Warby Parker.

It incentivizes me to complete my weekly goals and helps keep me on track for my priorities for the week. We use it on a small team and we check in with it once per week.

Pros

I like that it helps keep me on track with my highest priority weekly goals.

Cons

It's hard to add on to your current 15five if you have to add another priority for the week.

Pros

Easy of use and number of options that team can use to represent their achievements and their goals. On other hand, team leaders can easily have global overview of their team members, goals and achievement. This tool is adaptable for small and also big teams which is great.

Cons

In general i'm satisfied with most of the functionalities of this software, for now I didn't find any major drawback or something that would be worth to mention. All the options that 15five is offering are straight forward and easy to understand, because I didn't find any big issues to report in this section.

Pros

The "high five" functionality allows us to celebrate small and big wins in a timely manner. It also boosts our employees' morale and motivation. Imagine that you received weekly compliments from your coworkers and possibly even more? And those compliments went to your whole team... it's pretty fantastic.

Cons

I haven't found much that I don't like. Sometimes the program defaults to include my leader's full library of questions, but it's usually because she didn't pick questions that week and she just fixes it. Also, the rating of completion of reports on time is a little discouraging, but I'm a high performer and pretty much expect 100% out of myself. I don't even think others (besides my leader) can see that score.

The Only Employee Management Software You WIll Need

This platform is a very inexpensive way to manage many employees. I felt like I was living in a cave before using this program. Now, I am able to quickly and seamlessly communicate both small and large details to my team.

Pros

This program keeps me organized and on top of managing my team. I track employee professional progress, group project status, and categorize employee strengths. This allows me to offer quick and instant feedback on updates/corrections and opens up much-needed communication between team members. I can also track KPIs in a way that is useful and doesn't feel overbearing.This software is also perfect for administering annual reviews. All tracked metrics are at my fingertips and can be received with my team member.

Cons

There are so many features that it can be a little intimidating to explore. I use this program mainly for Employee Management, but it can offer so much more. I would like to see a follow-up with users that offer one-on-one tutorials.

Keeps me in the loop...

My experience has been nothing but positive, as a small company we've used many softwares to manage our staff, projects, etc. and 15Five is one of the few that has stuck over time. We love that we can High Five people for big and small things. Our team is made up of many "word" loving members, and it's great to put that praise in writing each week in addition to the face to face "thank you's". Their team is also made up of some really incredible and professional people, there to help you along the way if you encounter any issues! I recommend 15Five to other companies several times a month.

Pros

The thing I love the most about 15Five is that I feel in the loop without micromanaging my staff. I can easily pull up their account and see what tasks they're working to accomplish that week, hold them accountable without being in their face, and praise their efforts, all in one place!

Cons

I do wish there were more automated question selections that populated.

I think that it's a great product overall, especially for small businesses. For large businesses I think that it would be a little bit harder to keep up with everything, but I'm sure that adjustments would be made in the future, or maybe I just don't know about them as of yet

I love this product

I'm a huge fan & have recommended it to many, many folks at other companies.

Pros

• Mobile app is generally great. I have a few small tweaks I'd make, but overall it does what I need it to do well. • The 1:1 functionality is used throughout our company & I love that my reports can see the notes that I take in our meetings. • The high fives are great for lightweight feedback. An iOS widget would make it even easier. • The weekly reports are easy to use.

Cons

There honestly isn't much. I don't do any of the setup for surveys & admin of our account, so I can't speak to that. I'm only just now getting direct reports, and so far, it looks useful from that perspective. Once in a while (that I can't specifically remember right now), the interactions are a bit awkward or not where I'm looking for them. But they're not so bad that I give up.

High five for 15five!

Our team uses 15Five to communicate ideas, wins, and identify issues. Especially as our offices expand and our team grows, it's been wonderful to have a tool that holds accountable and provides some continuity across the board. We've also been using it as reinforcement for training so that our new members can reiterate important information. Our account and sales teams are able to share big wins and improvements and our team supports have tools to gain insight they might otherwise miss. Our company participates in profit sharing and the "High 5" feature allows me to see who I've consistently been praising and for what reason--allowing me a more educated recommendation.

Pros

- Easy interface - Great customer service - Enforces accountability - Creates a space for communication and continued company culture - It's quick

Cons

I'd like to see analytics and suggestions from it. More company surveys and numbers offered--quizzes or other interactive components that would allow our team to have deeper insight into our employees challenges, happiness or frustrations.

Pros

The ability to organize my thoughts and review progress every week along with setting goals for the next week makes the giant task of progressing through work week after week more focused. I also appreciate the ability to celebrate victories, no matter how small, through high fives. Giving and getting recognition is awesome, but I've worked at several companies where doing so required "too much" effort. 15Five makes it simple so I find myself doing it every week.

15Five is essential for our company

We are a startup with a small team working remotely from several countries. For us it's a challenge to align the team and keep everybody focused on what matters. 15Five is the solution we found! We started organizing our team around OKRs, which can be easily defined and monitored in 15Five. And we also use 15Five to submit weekly reports, which is also a great feature from 15Five!

Pros

What I like the most about 15Five is that it makes it easy to put into practice important managerial concepts and methods that have robust scientific foundations. I decided to use 15Five after reading John Doerr's book "Measure what matters", about OKRs and Continuous Performance Management, which are corroborated by organizational/system theories and behavioral economics. And 15Five is a tool to put all that into practice in an easy way.

Cons

I think that an important improvement could be to add "initiatives" as part of the Key Results. This way it could get easier to organize the effort to achieve the Key Results.

15 Five - Best platform to set goals and get motivated

15Five is a very good platform to express our self with Team Leader/manager/VP. We can think about how previous week went , what are the challenges faced, about Achievements (may be small or big). These thinks really makes us relax. We can get good advises from the team, manager or VP, which really makes us motivated. Its really very easy to communicate with our team members, managers, or VP. The favorite part is High Five, I just loved it!..It really encourages to achieve more, as well it will recognizes our efforts. The main advantage of High Five is we can stay connected with whole organization:-)

Pros

There are so many new things I learnt being at 15 Five. Very good platform to think what happened whole week, which really makes me relax and motivates to do better for coming weeks. Will get advise/solutions if I am facing any challenges. When we mention problems and get solution for it, we can also help others when they faces same challenges. By High Five, Learnt how to appreciate efforts as well as Achievements (may be small or big). Thank you 15 Five.

Cons

To be honest, I didn't find any cons. Keep up the good work!
