Talentpool enables users to set up multiple job requisition approval workflows, for the various standard requisition types raised across an organization. Hiring managers can then create positions using standard position templates. Applications can be received from multiple sources, including job fairs, walk-ins, internal job postings, external job boards, and marketing campaigns. Individual or multiple resumes can be imported from job boards into Talentpool’s database, and resumes can also be received in web page, email, Excel sheet, and other formats. Users can also set up a career website, integrated with Talentpool, to allow candidates to apply for positions directly. The in-built duplicate detection system identifies duplicate resumes based on user-defined criteria, and users can search through resumes for specific locations, qualifications, skills, and more.
Talentpool enables users to set up position templates with job description samples, skill sets, and structured feedback templates, designed to reduce the workload of hiring managers. Standard reports and role-based dashboards give visibility into the hiring process in real time. Calendar requests are automatically sent to candidates and interviewers when an interview is scheduled, and feedback reminders are sent to interviewers once an interview has been completed. To-do lists are also automatically generated for all responsible users based on the defined hiring process, with stakeholders given visibility into any bottlenecks in the process. Users can also create reports to gain insight into recruitment expenses, return on investment (ROI), and the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
