Moreover I am quite like using this. Few things need to be added like the scheduling of interview process should be more proper. Excepting different file format should be add. End to end process of recruitment is quite easy unless it comes to scheduling of interview.
Easily uploading of resume, mostly in bulk is done easily. While initialing the steps of process is quite easy. The portal is easy to learn and does not require immense training to adapt.
Scheduling of interview is kind of difficult. Sometimes the portal does not auto update the field data in the resume uploading process. Sometimes while uploading different types of file format, it does not able to recognize the format and the uploading is not enabled.

Overall, Our experience is quite satisfactory with Talentpool as our core objective was to manage a database of employees and create a robust pipeline, where TalentPool is serving us the best we were looking for.I would suggest this Platform to Mid-level organizations at their initial stages.
The functionality it offers with a pocket-friendly budget is what is like about this platform.Report generation is another great feature in the Talent pool that makes a recruiter's work easier to strategize the process.Another unique offering that this platform is unique is in providing the number of access or users in the organizations, whereas other ATS platform charge on per user basis Talentpool allows access for unlimited users.
Uploading bulk data is critical in the platform as It gets frozen very often.As compared to other ATS the UI/UX experience requires more innovation.

Sourcing, Interview and Offered and joined report is generated in system candidate and position wise.
Reports should be in sync with our internal software - my zone. While editing the position details the update tab has to be clicked several times to move to next tab While publishing position on careers position the talent pool works very slow

search of any CV on talent pool is easy, i can also check the history of the CV and easy to track

Talentpool is an excellent ATS. Have worked with other applications in the past but Talentpool has more features and is easy to learn and use.
It indicates what the next step is and who is supposed to take it up.
Some versions of word format doesn't work .

Been very happy with the application and the support received from time to time.
Cloud based too, accessible from anywhere. Subscription model, takes the maintenance hassles out. User friendly - UX is good.
Reports. The meaningful reports to track the overall progress by segments (BUs), managers, the candidates joined / WIP against each position is critical. The candidates (names) going through the workflow and the positions on which they join seem to be in two different universes. There is no report that can marry the two. Also need a report that can provide the efficiency and effectiveness of each of the partners.

Talentpool is very easy and user friendly. You don't need to write down your to dos. Talent pool reminds you everything. You can pull reports from Talent pool. You don't need to track anything in excel sheet. Recruiter productivity, joiner TAT, declines we can pull from Talent pool reports.
It reminds you all your day's to dos It helps you create database. You can check candidate history as well and refer to same while talking to candidates Talentpool helps you in all steps of recruitment cycle.
Once you start using Talentpool you wont like to work without it, it become oxygen of your work place.

It is Good
Talentpool has been a great support for our hiring here at Escalon. It not only enables us to work freely it allows our internal employees to refer as much as they can via simple click of mouse. Resume parsing feature is amazing and the required details of candidates can be kept there without any hassle. So , I have had a good experience so far.
Buggs happened some times which is very annoying. Please improve CV search criteria . Its very difficult to search resume on talentpool. Most of the times I couldn't able to find my own uploaded resumes.

It is easy to operate, gives a sense of complete hiring effort at a glance to key stakeholders like recruiters/interviewers/hiring managers/recruiting managers etc., helps in creating a cohesive data and communication system which helps both current and future process-planning and decision-making effective.

Talentpool provides end to end details of candidates , along with each step of recruitment process specification. At the same time, this is very easy to use and keepd the process transparent among the recruiters, technical panels and employees (referral for that matter).
The best, I feel would be referring the history of any candidates so accurately and getting the past record, so handy available.
The option of so many reports generation is of not much in use. Some filter to that can be more beneficial.

I am using this software since 4yrs and it is very user friendly and easy to handle and guide others.
It is user friendly. It saves lot of manual effort and time. It is like second Naukri for us as we have huge data base and we can search candidate in that.

Easy to use , saves time as sending interview invites is less of a fuss.
Dealing with duplicate profiles and searching the profiles, also sometimes it capture different profiles as duplicate which aren't same at all.

Good experience. It has made recruitment easy. Screening, appointments, followups, etc, everything is possible by its use.
The best thing about TP is its vast database. We can check the history or duplicacy of any candidate any time, no matter how many years old it might be. It keeps on reminding every interview/ schedule so that nothing is missed out. It had made recruitment easy.
When it is not available due to any specific reason- Work is stagnant.
