Of course it's not perfect but their excellent customer service and the way the listen to users feedback and are constantly improving the product is superb.
We switched from a competitor and I'm very glad that we did. The UI is fantastic and it's easy to navigate each screen within the software.
It's functional and gets the job done, but there are absolutely no "WOW" feature. Many competitors are coming up with better feature set nowadays, but pricing is good, which compensates.
Pros
This is just so very unique, and it makes the entire process feel like you have a very smart expert right at the desk next to you. Creative, brilliant people, those Breezy folk are.
The support team at Breezy are very helpful, listen carefully and are constantly improving their product. The ease of use is fantastic, and our users WANT to work in Breezy.
Love how user-friendly the design is, very UX/UI throughout. Love how it flows like Trello, so our team is used to the way they should be using it.
Cons
They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.
I understand that this is a trial package, but it should not be so hard to do a job posting just because you are unable to go through 3 step verification they have.
Other than some poor customer service communication issues, the software has performed up to expectations.
Cons
Not being able to create your own variables has made email templates a bit of a struggle. Difficult to customize when you don't have full control.
Couldn't find much cons as it did the job for me. Even if you find any feature missing ,the team works really hard to implement that new functionality or feature in the product.
My only complaint as far as an ATS is that candidates are stored by application instead of profile so that means that folks who apply to multiple jobs are in the system multiple times (linked).
