Best tool to organize your company hires

We use to have Workable but this is 10 times better.

Pros

I liked that there is a way to make groups for specific campaigns/groups. For example, we can clearly tell the difference between a hire for one campaign from another and the different skill sets that are needed.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It is really a stellar software.

Mostly usable functionality, UI could be improved

Pros

Pricing is great, Support is good, Functionality seems nice, even though I have only been using the tool for the last month or so

Cons

Since I moved from Workable, which was nice but expensive, I like Breezy.hr's UI less, subjectively and think that things could be improved.

Great easy ATS

I used to use Workable at a former employer, but I was starting my own recruiting company and wanted to start off with a solid free trial.

Pros

Somehow Workable doesn't offer this, and it's a life saver in terms of monitoring who you messaged and who you didn't.

Cons

I'm making the leap to SFDC, and Breezy only seems to integrate with things via Zapier. Workable is the same.

This is a relatively basic tool, and if you're just using it for occasional internal hiring, it's absolutely perfect. You get one free job so you're good to go, and upgrading up and down is eezy peezy.

Useful as a tracker. Little things missin here and there

Pros

Work with multiple companies and recruiters with more flexible subscription so we have chosen this over workable.

Cons

Team collaboration is nearly there eg additional attachments added by candidates are not visible to team. Not so granular access control generally. Start up subscription tier could be good. Video record of interview doesnt allow playback control (like fast forward). during the interview candidates, messages go to the hiring manager's email and not the interviewers. Video interview buggy still and can't work on mobiles. As access is only 5 minutes before the scheduled interviews, sometimes technical issues appear last minutes and we had to move to another platform.

Nothing. Breezy is a solid solution for most small-to-mid-size businesses. Future versions will remove any minor doubts I currently have related to features/abilities.

Pros

If you are evaluating ATS platforms, make sure to include Breezy alongside Workable, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Jazz, Lever, etc.

A lot of bang for your buck, but there are frequent noticeable (usually minor) bugs.

- Kanban style interface for stages - Options for automating emails and questionnaire based on applicant stage - UI/UX is generally good

Cons

- The resume parsing and social media lookup isn't as robust as Workable
