Doesn't always appear top in google search

Overall ease of use for External Users. I was very impressed with the way ZipRecruiter maintained alerts and communications and during my campaign. ZipRecruiter was mindful of my budget.

As a User sometimes complain that Alerts 'break'.

It's a web-based business commercial center and enrollment stage that controls its database of 31 million+ resumes, including an (AI)- driven platform coordinating with innovation to assist you with tracking down the best talent to fill rates and recruit the right abilities for the organization.

Top priority should be given with response and/or assistance needed.

What I like most about Zip recruiter is the fact that it regularly updated me on job postings and sent me stuff that I was interested in while I was trying to find a job.

Nothing that I can think of from the top of my head.

Ease of use to find available jobs. Loads quickly and with few to no glitches.

Appears to only find Top Secret jobs and/or cyber jobs-not interested.

I like it matches you well with your experience

You have to be on a desk top in order to recieve messages

Regular email updates about job opportunities was very helpful

Not all of the emails were relevant and the job boards seemed very outdated

Easy to syndicate postings across multiple job sites.

Missing some top tier job sites, candidates seem to be at a lower level

Advertisements on other sites including Google

Advertised positions go to the top of searches even when they aren’t relevant to candidate

ZipRecruiter partners with Google to provide top placement for jobs

This product isn't as commonly used as other similar products due to some competitors taking up space, but it is making a comeback

It’s easy to use and has thousands of great candidates to choose from

I find it’s not always pulling the best candidates if the bunch at the top.

The algorithms took my qualifications and did two things immediately: it put a few jobs at the top of my feed and it put me at the top of the list for those companies.

There were more notifications than I would prefer, but it was still great.

Comparing to other job search site, nearly zero success to even get decent amount of resume

I like that this is at least another option for someone who is actively looking for work.

This is not the best platform in my opinion. Indeed is my top choice in searching for jobs.

When I upload my resume it saves me the time of typing it all in over and over again and gives the option to allow hiring managers to view my profile with all of my information.

I really do not have anything that I liked the least about this software. It's over all quick and sufficient.

I like how convenient this software is when it comes to reruitment.

After receiving a post card in the mail, I thought I had nothing to lose. I was right! I was able to find not 1 but 3 qualified persons to interview for an open position which I was able to quickly fill. ZipRecruiter will be my first place to look in the event we need new staff members.

ZipRecruiter is very costly for small businesses such as this. We have to really budget if we are going to get a staff member through them.

This application is very useful because it let's you look at the Applicant's skills before making a decision.

There are no setbacks on this application. As I've previously mentioned, Everything in the app is useful.

They push your resume to the top 10% of applications if you're a close match.

Lots of e-mail alerts I didn't sign up for.

it is very easy to use and filters out nonsense and poor candidates. When you dont want to use the more unreliable and sketchy recruiting ZipRecruiter works as a source that you can trust to actually bring in decent candidates.

still not the best when it comes to bringing top notch talent often bogged down by useless features and advertisements.

As a small business owner, finding the right employee fast is important. ZipRecruiter gave me QUALIFIED candidates quickly and easily.

I honestly have no "cons". ZipRecruiter provided a top notch product that was easy to use and gave great results!

Ease of use, everything you need in a database for tracking candidates, jobs, and companies. Excellent resource for recruiting teams, love the browser extension for all recruiting platforms including Linkedin, Indeed, and Ziprecruiter.

It takes a little training to get used to the boolean search, but the trainings via the help desk are great.
