ADP is great for housing all your payroll and benefit needs. It is user friendly and easily accessible.
There is no reminders to set to remind me to input my hours and I forgot twice.
The facial recognition software is wonderful, I feel very secure using this program and will continue to use in the future.
There is a restriction limiting the number of payrolls that can be downloaded for one time. Also, the user interface cannot be enlarged to the entire window.
Its easy to set up, easy to use, the customer service is impeccable, the recurring features make the month to month simple, and the seamless merging in to Quick books is also amazing.
I do think there should be somewhat of a tutorial for this app, if there was one and I missed it I do apologize.
So far, I am enjoying using the software. The customer service team is very nice and responsive.

The latest features have been a huge help and would recommend the platform to anyone who is looking for a great automated payment system.
Paying employees was previously time consuming for the employer who dreaded the end of the monthNow so Quick and Easy.
Allowed for growth in my firm with the easy addition of a new service. Peace of mind that we can do a great job with this tool.
The csv file data is limited to names account details and amounts.
Clients love security of not giving access to the current account and bookkeepers love the ease of setting up the payments compared with other banks.
We love it, it's changed our ability to support our clients and the level of involvement we feel in how the product has developed has forged a great relationship with the company also.

I love that it allows easy access and understanding of tax processing, support, and the ability to manage HR tasks all from one place. Its perfect for our small business.
I'm typically getting complaints from my finance department as to the poor reporting from the system and corrections to the reports take more time and effort for an automated system.
However, it has been a wonderful experience, everyone was VERY helpful and patient with me during my learning curve.
I had a horrible time setting it up in the beginning, and counted on them for a lot, which was set up incorrect.
The switch was driven by cost. What has impressed me most about Benefit Mall is that I am getting every bit as good a service both in terms of customer support and online efficiency and ease of use.
One of things I dislike is that the navigation menus or tabs are often confusing.
We have had a great experience so far with an easy and seamless transition. The on-boarding has been great.
The reporting feature was very limited and there were other things it could do.
The customer care over the phone, in person, and via their online chat has been very helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate anything I couldn't figure out myself.
The knowledge and courtesy has been a plus in my learning of the payroll system. Our account representative is one of the best I have dealt with.
Ease for the customer and great customer service if we ever have any questions.

It was easy to use and the customer service support for software was great.

Support is fantastic and very responsive. The Workzone App is a great feature for staff to use, making viewing of payslips & lodging leave requests a simple process.
Move to quickbooks made support very poor and inadequate.
Overall, KeyPay is an excellent payroll solution for our business, it has taken us from quite an analogue system (MYOB) to a self-serving, paperless, modern system that our employees are loving using.

I haven't had to use the help center yet but have been told by the person that helped me set up my program that they are great.
After a pay the accrual wasn't correct, leave taken wasn't paid correctly, and doing a termination didn't give the right answers either.

The Clock Me In app not being able to operate or store data if tablet goes offline.
It is totally cloud-based so I can run or check payroll from anywhere in the world (which sounds a lot more exciting than it is). And it is so realistically priced.

It is comprehensive and easy to use. It is user friendly and there is great support available.
You cannot see everything but have to scroll to the right to check information then scroll to the left. Adding ridiculous lines.
They were able to take good care of my payroll for me so I could run my business with better focus on my job.
I find it very difficult to change an employee from hourly to salary. The vacation gets messed up and I have need help every time to fix the errors.
I like the personal support I get with any issues I am Having and they are dealt with very quickly with my support member, she is a gem always looking out for me.
I have had trouble getting the group benefits to change, but it's more of a me problem.
Customer Service has been great with Lise and so far so good with Suzet.
Still not clear on how to do this correctly. I also have the same problem when changing the vacation pay rate.
All account reps are great and very helpful. Program is quick to input.
Unwieldy with everything in a long line, suggest a drop down box with entry fields; same for every category of employee setup; can't delete employee when there is no data involved.
The cost far outweighs my time. The staff love the direct deposit, and I love that I never miss a stat remittance deadline.

There is greater clarity for all about their futures and were their development is headed.
The product is expensive for the lack of functionality and the presentation of the modules.
The software is very straightforward to use and has successfully been rolled out to our business with great buy in from staff who previously have not worked with an online system.
With all the new functionality being released it is hard to keep up.
Reporting is extremely easy to use and read with the back end having the ability to push workflows and emails to outstanding items. PeopleStreme are extremely responsive to our queries and issues.
Nothing, other than we wish they had more US based support. Initially we thought we had a lot of bugs, but as it turned out it was more just administrative user error.
Our experience has been great, training was excellent and we love the application suite.
Inability to bulk upload all historical data (e.g. Job Ads, Position Descriptions, Resumes). Purchased modules don’t communicate to one another, requiring a increased workload for the HR team.
For a business which did not have anything in place previously it has helped is to implement a performance management program which is best of breed and best practice.
Product team provides workarounds to compensate for the lack of the system functionality once you have purchased the modules.
Mobile option is a great enhancement. Learning & development module integrated with the performance management module is fantastic.
Feature Rich - excellent customer service - ability to customise as the organisation sees fit. Incredible functionality in terms of end-to-end HR.
