What I love most are the reports. In the past, I liked that it was solid, reliable, pretty much error-free software.
The requirement to wire funds to them when a direct deposit withdrawal is rejected due to insufficient funds is also cumbersome.
Except for the training video on the upgrade, it is wonderful.
It was not often when they needed to be changed but it causes issues on financial statements when the client's bank account was cancelled due to fraud the day before running payroll.
As we've grown, their tiered pricing has allowed us to increase our margins. It's easy to demo to prospects and overall impression from our clients is that is is easy to use.
The worst problem we had with payroll relief was when the company decided to turn off automatic tax payments and report processing on a random number of our clients.
It is put together so that it is easy to use and if you need any help they are just a phone call away.
Very poorly describe what to do and no help from phone.i have just wasted $2100.00.
Access to all states for processing. Integration with Accounting Power is great.
They refused and eventually stopped responding to my emails.
Overall I'm happy with the software. I have also had an Accountants World website for 25+ years.
At the point that this happened I was just over my initial 30 days to cancel and they would offer no refund or even partial refund of the $6000 I had to prepay.

Functionality is a train wreck but customer service is simply non existent with this company.

The company continues to build time saving features into the platform. Overall the software is easy to use and my team is able to customize each account to meet the specific needs of our clients.

The initial set up and follow up was very good and I can not give the staff concerned enough praise. I like the ease of reporting wage information to the Government.
There nothing that I can say that is negative about this package.
It was extremely easy to understand the product. I have used it for two years now & I am very happy with the customer support extended to me. I will definitely recommend the product to anyone.
We have had a lot of issues with the ClockOn Go app. Our employees are constantly complaining about the app not registering breaks and freezing.
I have found it very easy to operate & compatible with the ATO. So I am very happy that I got into their network & started with this company.
I requested cancellation over a week ago and I still don't have a confirmation from them that my subscription has been cancelled.
If i have an issue it is a small enough company where I get to talk to a real person who actually cares and is really helpful. Its an easy package to use.
There is also no report to check what data is being transmitted.
The costing of rosters prior to them being worked provides us with great visibility and allows planning around this to ensure wages stay within acceptable levels of ratio to sales.
The latest updates for STP reporting, do not provide any reports to verify what has been reported and received by the ATO and there is no visibility on the ATO end either.

The Tempwork's team is wonderful to work with and the software is great. They have one of the best back office solutions in the industry and their front office is very easy to use.
What is the point of having a software that does everything if it is hard to learn and confusing.
TempWorks is a very easy to use, wonderful software package and service. To my surprise, almost every path was thought of in the rich feature set it provides.
Too many options when entering a candidate that you can not see a quick snapshot of the candidate. Cost us to loose money in the front office when transitioned over to it.
I still keep in touch with our implementation team as they were THAT professional and impressionable. And EVERY single technical support staff member is courteous and a pleasure to communicate with.
We are a healthcare staffing company and it is difficult to administer scheduling, shift work, and compliance/credentialing management.
I LOVE the ease of use with Tempworks. We did a major upgrade with my entire firm and to say this was an upgrade is an understatement.
In some instances with deductions you need to know when to enter a negative amount or a positive amount. Entering the wrong one will result in additional pay to employees instead of a deduction.
More user friendly for applicants and employees. Great training from the TempWorks team for easier integration and use.
I dont think you will find much wrong with this system. Your only cons would be finding someone to buy the old file cabinets that you will not need anymore.

It is accurate as I went through my first WC audit and everything was right on the money. The same goes for my quarterly taxes, I never short pay any of my tax entities because of this program.

The software was unreliable. If we requested customization for one area, it would somehow go and impact another completely different area and cause an error there.

It runs on the cloud so it is cost effective, easy to manage,has mobile apps, and the MiHcm team is very responsive.
The software was also very difficult to use for both the administrator and users.
Microimage is very committed to bring more enhancements and new features to the system and their support is commended.
Learning platform and training management module is the weakest feature among others of MiHCM.
The best feature was that we could have the whole software interface in another language which helped our employees use it.
Product will be highly configurable and supportive with the operational changes. Time and Attendance module will give massive uplift to the management as well as manage the legal activities.
Its good, as i have mentioned earlier if all the minor issues are solved it can be a better one.
