EBSTime helps to manage and control labor costs by automating wage calculations and reporting productive hours. The software notifies supervisors of any absences or missed employee check-ins, helping them to ensure the accuracy of timesheets. EBSHire claims to reduce on-boarding costs by assisting HR personnel with the applicant tracking and candidate acquisition process.
