The team behind it is responsive and very helpful. SimpleVMS has a clean UI which makes it super easy to learn and adopt even if you have never used it before.
The metrics and reporting dashboard is a cluster of factors and figures which makes it less intuitive. It is prone to data entry errors at times.
I like its simplicity which makes it super easy to learn and use and it is very easy to navigate through and mesh with our current applications we run within our organization.
Now that SimpleVMS has live chat system, I have no aspect that I dislike.
It has helped improve the experience of managing all employees and other contingent labour at a cost effective manner while ensuring that the organization compliances are met.
I lack any drawback with SimpleVMS because it meets all our organization requirements.

When pushing the tool to its limits, especially when trying to move hours across projects and companies, it can be hard to get it right because the manual intervention required can be error prone.
Very user friendly very visual online timesheets system. Easy reporting with nice graphs for the administrator and for the user him/herself.
The import module could be more explanatory (e.g. error message explaining what blocked the import).
This is a really great product. I evaluated many tools for time tracking and this is the best.
The graph module is useless and complicated to understand.
Beebole has a very easy and nice-looking user interface. The best part of Beebole is the ability to view reports based on an employee, a contract, a task, and by month.
Once you get the product setup correctly it's easier to use but the click/drag function to a new user is a pain. It is also hard to ensure what the other users are viewing.
BeeBole is a solid and reliable solution for recording time at our company.
I like the ability to set up budgets for a project and to be able to see how the fee is being used as the work progresses and to compare that against other completion metrics.
It is a well-optimized, focused tool that loads quickly and allows for audit compliant timekeeping, at a price that is very fair compared to alternatives.

The ease of use, their help center has lots of great information, webinars, templates, I like the templates they offer.
The mobile version is somewhat glitchy and does not work as well as it does on the desktop. There are moments when it would crash.
Great, fast and very easy to use when you have zoho apps suite. My employees love it because of modern user interface and the functionality it provides - the most loved is leave management.
I was so disappointed after buying the product because after receiving an email to say that a training will be scheduled, no one initiated contact with me after that for almost a week.
The best in class features like integration with mail and all other apps are remarkably good and the user interface is also very accessible.
Almost each time i try to check in or check out i have to make sure the action is done because many time it's fail and there is no feedback or error displayed. The performance need improves.

Put simply, we left the old inefficiencies that pain small business due to the dependency on private accountants, and leaped forward to being efficient, transparent, and in control of our business.

After doing our research on many types of scheduling software, we have found that Sling best fit our needs through value, functionality, and amazing support.
Sling seemed to have constant problems loading, or randomly needing to reload, and then having troubles doing so.
I must say, I do wonder how long it will remain free. It's a great product and certainly deserving of a monthly cost affordable to small business as well as large corporations.
My personal feelings after having to pay such high prices for cable channels on the market we just had to drop them. Someone told us about sling and to try it.
Being able to use the integrated time clock is also a great feature. There are just so many feature and customizations that it would be an asset for any type of business at any size.
Sometimes to the shows wont work or keep loading. They wont play or keep glitching it says a error has occurred to try later.
Thank you Sling for generously offering such a great app.
For the desktop version, please improve the update to the current date function. I have to refresh multiple times to remove the 404 error and it can be annoying.
We will stick with sling for a long time. And to enjoy all the channels for cheap prices and affordable.
This product is very easy to use. I love that I am able to view my schedule, and also the schedule of all of my coworkers in one place.
Sling is easy to use as an administrator and also as an employee. Very intuitive and love having the option to send messages as well.
