For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment.

Integrating or rather creating website from booqable has been a great help as we can maintain inventory in one place and the in-built designer and tools have worked well for us to get better rankings in Google

It would be beneficial if some of the lingo could be changed within the system: we do not have a brick and mortar for our business so we do all drop off and pick up of items and not being able to change the lingo can make it confusing to the customer.

the only issue i had was creating a reservation and sending out a payment link through the phone app, i only had to do that once, i let one of the techs no, not sure if it got fixed yet since i havent had to do it again

My needs in the party & event rental space vary drastically from the needs of someone renting items in a different industry, so at times it can feel like our needs are not fully developed, and some of those needs are mission critical to the party & event rental industry. But, Booqable is rather new compared to the competitors, so I believe that they are working their hardest on feature expansion.
