Thank you for your excellent feedback. Regarding your points: - Currently we recommend using the new "Repeated measures" feature to create your own medication module. We will try to include medication lists in Castor but that is difficult due to international differences - We have built our Biased Coin Minimization (BCM) algorithm and are currently validating it, we will update you when it is released! - This is a very valid point and was developed in the current 'sprint', it will be released in in version 4.7. It is very userfriendly and easy to access and to share with coworkers. It is very accesible for collegues. It is very convenient that you can export the file to SPSS for further analysis.

If you finished your structure and add records, it is very difficult to add another variable.

Very easy to use, practical, great survey tool.

It is unfortunately to recieve notification after 1 or 2 year follow up, following data entry of a patient.

I can smart start research with CastorEDC. CastorEDC can Create a study exactly as I need.Easy to use and have quality.

In version 2019.2.5 not an option to printout annotated CRF Function (show variable in printout CRF) But you can use Study variable list in excel to map printout CRF send to statisticians

- CRFs are easily built. - Customers support responds quickly and is very helpful. - you don't need specific training to use Castor EDC for building CRFs.

- The layout and looks change very often, which are not always a improvement. - Restrictions of the layouting the CRFs. - no test- and acceptance environment.

I understand that layout changes aren't always welcome but as we are redesigning and our entire user interface to become the most mobile and user friendly EDC platform, we will need to gradually deploy these changes on our platform. I promise we will try to make the steps as small as possible! With regards to the lack of test and production environments, we currently have a couple of ways to deal with that, our support desk can tell you more about that. user friendly EDC platform with easy saving tools.

once subject ID# has been made, it cannot be edited/corrected anymore like for example entering the subject number in a wrong format (for multicenter studies).

Easy to navigate and likeable interface. Very simple and captures all required data.

Adding medication in the list comes up as a new sheet every time

- Easy eCRF builder - Intuitive interface - Online tutorial - Customer service

- Variable names of some eCRF items (i.e. grid-tables) are automatically generated. Would be great if that could be customizable.

Castor EDC is really easy to setup and use. I had virtually no previous experience designing and maintaining clinical data systems, but Castor made the whole process a piece of cake! Any questions I had along the way were addressed in their helpful videos. The research coordinators we work with have also mentioned how impressed they are with Castor and were able to start using it with only minimal instruction.

There is sometimes a lot of clicking required to add new form fields and navigating through reports can sometimes be tricky.

It is a generaly good EDC. user-friendly, fast, clear.

Sometimes it is not clear of we need to send a questionnaire, or if it goes automaticly en if it is filled in by the patient.

- Sometimes the automatic track changes is a bit too sensitive: when I'm filling in the questionnaire and make 1 mistake, I have to change everything and explain it for every changed field.

The software is easy to use when you follow the tutorials and I appreciate the flexibility of the software allowing users to add continuous and variable data. Having others fill out CRFs or questionnaires is failure proof, as you are able to set limitations on the data that is being entered.

When sending out questionnaires to others in situations were the need to be persuaded to fill out the questionnaires, the lay-out can be quite strict and usefull, however its not very appealing.

Castor EDC is a great software for electronic data capture for clinical research trial for both sponsor and clinical sites. it is user friendly and step up is very simple. It can easily capture baseline information about subject, surveys, and clinical outcomes.

It's only supports CSV/Excel/SPSS and there is no support for SASTA. otherwise it is a good software to use.

Castor is very easy to use, and the helpdesk tries to help you very fast

I find the calculations hard to use. so I need help with it very often.

Very easy to use Lots of possibillities Very cheap compared to other electronic data storing programs

That if you add a calculation later on you have to open all the records seperately before the calculation has run.

I had a great experience using Castor and will continue to use it with great pleasure in the future. Highly recommended to researchers for clinical trials.

The software was out of service two times during my PhD (I think due to server problems), but this was fixed within a day.
